Mientras que las proyecciones revelan que, para 2025, se podr\u00edan alcanzar las 940,657 viviendas.<\/p>\n<p>De estas unidades, el 35% corresponde a <strong>vivienda con tipolog\u00eda horizontal<\/strong> y 65% a <strong>vivienda vertical<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, <strong>Mauricio Dom\u00ednguez<\/strong>, <strong>director de Market, Data &amp; Analytics de Tasval\u00fao<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que en la <strong>ZM de Puebla-Tlaxcala<\/strong> se observa que el segmento <strong>Residencial Plus<\/strong>, en tipolog\u00eda vertical, se mantiene, en promedio, 25 meses en inventario; con 14 unidades vendidas y 16 en inventario.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la vivienda <strong>Residencial Plus<\/strong> tiene el 16.4% de la participaci\u00f3n del mercado inmobiliario de la ciudad de Puebla. En tanto, la vivienda <strong>Econ\u00f3mica<\/strong> tiene el 1.1% de participaci\u00f3n; la <strong>Popular<\/strong> 6.6% y la <strong>Tradicional<\/strong> 14.3%; la vivienda <strong>Media<\/strong> tiene el 35.2%, la <strong>Residencial<\/strong> con 33.0% y <strong>Residencial Plus<\/strong> con el 9.9 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, los expertos de <strong>Tasval\u00fao<\/strong> se\u00f1alaron que, en t\u00e9rminos econ\u00f3micos, por Producto Interno Bruto (PIB), la <strong>ZM de Puebla-Tlaxcala<\/strong> es la octava econom\u00eda nacional; y el cuarto lugar nacional en facilidad para hacer negocios. Adem\u00e1s de que ocupa la cuarta posici\u00f3n en el ranking de las 10 principales ciudades del pa\u00eds por cantidad de poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, el <strong>mercado inmobiliario<\/strong> de la regi\u00f3n ha crecido de manera importante, y se estima una recuperaci\u00f3n estable y sostenida para los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os. Sin embargo, es importante que los desarrolladores conozcan y consideren las necesidades del consumidor actual; a fin de generar proyectos viables y atractivos para su
