As\u00ed lo explic\u00f3 <strong>Antoine Jouteau<\/strong>, <strong>CEO de la firma<\/strong> con sede en Oslo, Noruega.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNos complace haber encontrado el comprador local adecuado en <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/mexico-mercados-calientes-bruno-rossini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Grupo<\/strong> <strong>Navent<\/strong><\/a>, que tiene mucha experiencia en Am\u00e9rica Latina; centr\u00e1ndose en el desarrollo de sus mercados en l\u00ednea a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNos gustar\u00eda agradecer a todos en <strong>Segundamano<\/strong> y <strong>Vivanuncios<\/strong> por sus contribuciones al negocio a lo largo de los a\u00f1os, ya que ahora se est\u00e1n transfiriendo a <strong>Grupo Navent<\/strong>. <strong>Adevinta<\/strong> continuar\u00e1 apoyando tanto a los mercados mexicanos como a sus empleados durante todo el per\u00edodo de transici\u00f3n, para garantizar la continuidad de sus negocios y sus usuarios\u201d, agreg\u00f3 <strong>Jouteau<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, <strong>Vivanuncios<\/strong> es uno de los portales inmobiliarios m\u00e1s grandes de M\u00e9xico, que se enfoca en vendedores y desarrolladores profesionales; mientras que <strong>Segundamano<\/strong> es uno de los principales portales enfocados en bienes ra\u00edces para vendedores privados y profesionales m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Ambas firmas continuar\u00e1n sus operaciones en el mercado mexicano bajo la administraci\u00f3n de <strong>Inmuebles24<\/strong>, el portal de clasificados inmobiliario de <strong>Navent<\/strong> en M\u00e9xico.
