{"id":133930,"date":"2022-09-27T08:09:58","date_gmt":"2022-09-27T13:09:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=133930"},"modified":"2022-09-26T15:19:36","modified_gmt":"2022-09-26T20:19:36","slug":"nl-iniciara-la-construccion-de-tres-nuevas-lineas-del-stc-metrorrey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/nl-iniciara-la-construccion-de-tres-nuevas-lineas-del-stc-metrorrey\/","title":{"rendered":"NL iniciar\u00e1 la construcci\u00f3n de tres nuevas l\u00edneas del STC Metrorrey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>MotaEngil M\u00e9xico tiene el compromiso de terminar la construcci\u00f3n de las nuevas l\u00edneas de Metrorrey el 31 de agosto del 2027<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>El <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/urbanismo\/arranca-proyecto-del-tren-suburbano-regiomontano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">plan maestro de Movilidad<\/a> de Muevole\u00f3n implementar\u00e1 como plan central, la construcci\u00f3n de tres nuevas l\u00edneas del Sistema de Transporte Colectivo(STC) Metrorrey; acci\u00f3n que combatir\u00e1 la congesti\u00f3n vial y la contaminaci\u00f3n de la Ciudad de Monterrey,<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/nuevoleon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/a> (NL).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dicho proyecto contempla la construcci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea cuatro, que recorrer\u00e1 Avenida Pablo Gonz\u00e1lez Garza hasta Hospital de Ginecolog\u00eda. Sumado a ello, la l\u00ednea cinco iniciar\u00e1 del mismo hospital hasta Estanzuela, en la zona sur de Monterrey.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la l\u00ednea seis tambi\u00e9n partir\u00e1 de Ginecolog\u00eda y recorrer\u00e1; Parque Fundidora, Prolongaci\u00f3n Madero, avenida Miguel Alem\u00e1n para finalizar en el centro del municipio de Apodaca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En ese sentido, el secretario de Movilidad y Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana, Hern\u00e1n Villa Real destac\u00f3 que mejorar el transporte p\u00fablico es la principal apuesta del gobierno<\/strong>. Por lo tanto, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de duplicar en n\u00famero los veh\u00edculos, se buscar\u00e1 una soluci\u00f3n integral entorno a temas de movilidad.<\/p>\n<h2>MotaEngil M\u00e9xico y la ampliaci\u00f3n de Metrorrey<\/h2>\n<p><strong>La Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad y Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana adjudic\u00f3 al consorcio MotaEngil M\u00e9xico la construcci\u00f3n de las nuevas l\u00edneas del metro.<\/strong> Para ello, se firm\u00f3 un contrato el pasado 26 de septiembre 2022 y se iniciar\u00e1n los trabajos de construcci\u00f3n el pr\u00f3ximo 30 del mes vigente.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, a\u00fan queda por definir el sistema m\u00e1s conveniente a desarrollar en la zona; en primera instancia se encuentra la construcci\u00f3n de v\u00edas elevadas para las tres l\u00edneas. Plan que contar\u00eda alrededor de 25,861 millones 796,773 pesos m\u00e1s IVA.<\/p>\n<p>En segundo lugar, se encuentra la construcci\u00f3n de l\u00ednea cuatro y seis en modalidad elevada, mientras que la cinco ser\u00eda a nivel. Por lo cual se realiz\u00f3 una oferta de 25,476 millones 857,046 pesos m\u00e1s IVA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adem\u00e1s, dentro de la propuesta se encuentra la construcci\u00f3n de edificaciones m\u00e1s modernas, amigables y ligeras con urbanizaci\u00f3n local.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Finalmente, MotaEngil M\u00e9xico tiene el compromiso de terminar la construcci\u00f3n de las nuevas l\u00edneas
