En ese sentido, Jos\u00e9 Juan Sordo Madaleno (SOMA), Alfredo Mar\u00edn (UrbanHub), Javier Barrios (MIRA) y Pablo Errej\u00f3n Alfaro (Tierra y Armon\u00eda) hablaron de diferentes cambios que se vivieron de cara a la postpandemia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El sector de la vivienda en venta ha mejorado de manera significativa. Ante ello, Pablo Errej\u00f3n destac\u00f3 que el 20% de los departamento que se venden en Guadalajara, pertenecen a compradores de Sonora, Sinaloa, Michoac\u00e1n y Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que habla de una situaci\u00f3n de migraci\u00f3n, de personas j\u00f3venes que deciden vivir en otros lados, esto, como uno de los principales cambios surgidos a ra\u00edz de la pandemia. Debido a ello, se esclareci\u00f3 el problema de la vivienda en venta. Ya que, esto demuestra que existe, por lo que se debe proveer de buen producto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desde otra perspectiva, Alfredo Mar\u00edn se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la vivienda en renta atraviesa un auge en el mercado. Esto debido a que la industria en M\u00e9xico se transform\u00f3 desde la demograf\u00eda y la psicograf\u00eda, y con ello, cambiaron las necesidades de los usuarios.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ante la necesidad de vivienda, Mar\u00edn apunt\u00f3 que constantemente se encuentran buscando soluciones a los problemas que presenta el sector construcci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Por tal motivo, destac\u00f3 que existe un punto de inversi\u00f3n dentro de las reconversiones, y cambios dentro de la constituci\u00f3n de departamentos. Es decir, transformar departamentos de 250 metros cuadrados a espacios de 45 metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por otra parte, Javier Barrios se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las oficinas tienen posibilidad de crecer, para ello, se debe trabajar en los mercados en crecimiento. Mercados que demandan edificios de oficinas peque\u00f1os con espacios abiertos e integrados al entorno urbano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Finalmente, Pablo Errej\u00f3n asever\u00f3 que los involucrados en el sector deber\u00e1n estar abiertos al cambio. Debido a que, el crecimiento de las oficinas en Guadalajara depender\u00e1 de uso de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ya que, m\u00faltiples empresas internacionales, nacionales y startups comenzaron a trabajar bajo diversas modalidades. Lo que resulta en distintas necesidades dentro de los espacios de las oficinas en pro de los colaboradores de las industrias.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pablo
