Sin embargo, Gonzalo Robina, director general adjunto, mencion\u00f3 que la segunda fase de la construcci\u00f3n podr\u00eda ser replanteada.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSe analizan las condiciones actuales del mercado para reconocer las necesidades de nuestros clientes. Y, con ello, construir lo m\u00e1s apropiado respecto a estas condiciones. Adem\u00e1s, de reconocer el momento indicado para lanzar esta iniciativa\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En ese sentido, se destac\u00f3 que el inter\u00e9s de FUNO es la realizaci\u00f3n de una apertura de fase dos conjunta con todos los compradores. Por consiguiente, se reafirm\u00f3 que el proyecto se mantiene en pie, bajo una reconfiguraci\u00f3n de sus condiciones.<\/p>\n<p>Bajo este contexto, se elegir\u00e1 la proporci\u00f3n adecuada para oficinas, hotel, vivienda en renta y vivienda en venta.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMitikah es un proyecto vivo, definitivamente el proyecto que se tiene al d\u00eda de hoy no es parecido a lo contemplado al inicio. Lo que no ha cambiado es la posibilidad de construir 1 mill\u00f3n de metros cuadrados con diferentes configuraciones. Por ello, mientras sigamos los par\u00e1metros que se establecieron, FUNO posee flexibilidad\u201d, destac\u00f3 Jorge Pigeon, Vicepresidente de Mercados de Capital y Relaci\u00f3n con Inversionistas de FUNO.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>FUNO registra aumento de AFFO<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Al segundo semestre de 2022(2T2022), el fideicomiso Fibra Uno, logr\u00f3 aumentar en 13.5% la generaci\u00f3n de flujo de efectivo (AFFO). Esto respecto a las cifras obtenidas durante el mismo periodo de 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mientras tanto, los ingresos totales del fibra se posicionaron en 5,801.3 millones de pesos, equivalente a 9.8% m\u00e1s que al 2T2021. Cifra que logr\u00f3 consolidarse gracias al 93.2% de la ocupaci\u00f3n de su portafolio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Por otra parte, dentro de los resultados se inform\u00f3 que FUNO logr\u00f3 superar las metas 2030 establecidas por la campa\u00f1a en relaci\u00f3n con la intensidad de agua y electricidad, con ocho a\u00f1os de anticipaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Debido a ello, se redefinir\u00e1n sus compromisos con base al Science Base Targets.<\/p>\n<p>Por tal motivo, la empresa se encuentra comprometida a que las transacciones realizadas por ellos sean
