En ese sentido, aquellas plataformas que no cumplan con modelos robustos, podr\u00edan desaparecer del mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Bajo un entorno econ\u00f3mico complejo, los fondos de capital e inversionistas deber\u00e1n actuar con mayor cautela en el mercado. Esto debido a factores relacionados al mercado de valores americano. Por lo que las empresas deber\u00e1n frenar, racionalizar y concentrar sus acciones.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a ello, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Kgoudiaby\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Karim Goudiaby<\/a> de la empresas Neximo, asegur\u00f3 que aquellas empresas que no cuenten con modelos estables reventar\u00e1n. Por otra parte, aquellas proptech que si cuenten con ello, se consolidaran de manera saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, se prev\u00e9 que esta posici\u00f3n de cautela, buenos modelos de negocio y visi\u00f3n de largo plazo podr\u00edan quedar de lado. Lo que simbolizar\u00eda mayores dificultades para el levantar capital.<\/p>\n<h2>Proptech y el sector inmobiliario<\/h2>\n<p>A pesar de las dificultades que podr\u00eda representar la estabilizaci\u00f3n de las proptech, el sector inmobiliario no se detendr\u00e1. Por tal motivo, la innovaci\u00f3n y voluntad creativa presentada en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, no desaparecer\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Esto se debe a que con la llegada de la pandemia, la industrial del Real Estate se adapt\u00f3 de manera sorprendente. Con ello, deton\u00f3 la adopci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas que mejoraron los h\u00e1bitos de los vendedores y consumidores del mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a ello, aquello que se resisten a la implementaci\u00f3n de nuevas herramientas para el mercado, ser\u00e1n parte de las empresas que desaparecer\u00e1n con el crecimiento tecnol\u00f3gico del mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, bajo este camino se refirma que la ayuda de los asesores inmobiliarios seguir\u00e1 como parte importante durante las operaciones.
