Debido a ello,<strong> el sector inmobiliario<\/strong> ha resentido la las repercusiones econ\u00f3micas, y se ha convertido en una desaceleraci\u00f3n de la demanda.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, la industria inmobiliaria presentar\u00e1 <strong>nuevos desaf\u00edos<\/strong> durante el 2022. Principalmente propiciados por los problemas que reflejan las cadenas de suministros. A pesar de ello, <strong>el sector manufacturero<\/strong> ha logrado tomar ventaja de las situaciones de riesgo que acontecen a M\u00e9xico. Al converti<strong>r las problem\u00e1ticas en fortalezas<\/strong> que le permiten competir contra otros pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso del <strong>mercado industrial<\/strong>, los principales mercados, incluido la zona norte del pa\u00eds, continuaran con su detonaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del sector log\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras tanto, <strong>la industria automotriz, electr\u00f3nica y de telefon\u00eda<\/strong> presentar\u00e1n aumentos de costos de materias primas. Asimismo, como resultado del 2021, la industria de la construcci\u00f3n se ver\u00e1 fuertemente afectada, debido al aumento en los insumos como el acero y el cemento.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>el transporte y las inversiones en infraestructura<\/strong> ser\u00e1n evaluadas de acuerdo al retorno de inversi\u00f3n inmediato. Dichas acciones se deben a que se volver\u00e1 imprescindible la liquidez, y ante su falta se ver\u00e1n ralentizadas este tipo de inversiones.<\/p>\n<h2>Cadena de la industria inmobiliaria<\/h2>\n<p>Para enfrentar el estancamiento de la recuperaci\u00f3n en el sector, es una problem\u00e1tica que necesitar\u00e1 del trabajo entre las <strong>autoridades, inversionistas y desarrolladores<\/strong>. Esto se debe a que la mayor\u00eda de los <strong>inversionistas extranjeros y nacionales<\/strong> buscan la seguridad de sus inversiones.<\/p>\n<p>El ahorro de costos en mano de obra e impuestos permitir\u00e1n incrementar el contenido regional. Debido a las ventajas que generan los diferentes tratados. Por ejemplo: el<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/t-mec\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> T-Mec<\/a> beneficia a las inversiones generalmente asi\u00e1ticas, que muchas veces por motivos geopol\u00edticos y de participaci\u00f3n de mercado entran en conflicto con pa\u00edses como Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La industria inmobiliaria podr\u00eda
