{"id":129488,"date":"2022-04-21T14:42:47","date_gmt":"2022-04-21T19:42:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=129488"},"modified":"2022-04-21T15:43:34","modified_gmt":"2022-04-21T20:43:34","slug":"fibra-prologis-ocupacion-1t2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/fibra-prologis-ocupacion-1t2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Fibra Prologis reporta ocupaci\u00f3n de 97.6% al cierre del 1T2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>\u00abFibra Prologis tuvo un excelente comienzo de 2022, con resultados operativos y financieros por encima de las expectativas\u00bb, dijo el director general <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al cierre del primer trimestre de 2022 (1T2022), el Fideicomiso de Inversi\u00f3n en Bienes Ra\u00edces, <strong>Fibra Prologis<\/strong>, report\u00f3 a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) <strong>ocupaciones<\/strong> por encima del 96% en los seis mercados donde tiene presencia.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior da como resultado una <strong>ocupaci\u00f3n promedio<\/strong> de 97.7%; lo que representa un incremento de 0.9% frente al mismo trimestre de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, <strong>Fibra Prologis<\/strong> destac\u00f3 un crecimiento de 11.3% en la <strong>renta neta efectiva<\/strong> en renovaciones; mientras que el promedio ponderado de <strong>retenci\u00f3n de clientes<\/strong> fue de 89.2%, un aumento de 19% frente al 1T2021.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la <strong>Utilidad Operativa Neta<\/strong> (NOI) sobre mismas propiedades fue de 3.7% al cierre del 1T2022; lo que representa una ca\u00edda de 1.5% frente al mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, <strong>Fibra Prologis<\/strong> report\u00f3 <strong>adquisiciones<\/strong> por 68 millones de d\u00f3lares; adem\u00e1s de que logr\u00f3, con un a\u00f1o de anticipaci\u00f3n, la meta de tener el 50% del portafolio con <strong>certificaci\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/fibra-prologis-coloca-su-primer-bono-verde-por-375-mdd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sustentable<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Fibra Prologis<\/strong> tuvo un excelente comienzo de 2022 con resultados operativos y financieros por encima de las expectativas.
