De esta manera, se mejorar\u00e1 la atenci\u00f3n de los usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>Dicha l\u00ednea tendr\u00e1\u00a0 las siguientes funciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asesor\u00eda via chat a los derechohabientes del <a href=\"https:\/\/portalmx.infonavit.org.mx\/wps\/portal\/infonavit.web\/trabajadores\/!ut\/p\/z1\/04_Sj9CPykssy0xPLMnMz0vMAfIjo8zijSwMDNydDAz93C08LAwc3Vw9XS19jI3cDQ30wwkpiAJKG-AAjiD9UWAluEwINYQqwGNGQW6EQaajoiIA0SbkSA!!\/dz\/d5\/L2dBISEvZ0FBIS9nQSEh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instituto<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollo de un tablero maestro de indicadores que permitir\u00e1 conocer el comportamiento del canal para identificar futuras \u00e1reas de oportunidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Asimismo, el Infonavit inform\u00f3 que en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os se trabajar\u00e1\u00a0 en la integraci\u00f3n de nuevos servicios en la aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil. En este sentido, se busca que sus derechohabientes puedan realizar sus pagos en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<p>En total, ser\u00e1n cinco servicios que tendr\u00e1 este nuevo programa, los cuales son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ventanilla \u00danica: Aqu\u00ed se podr\u00e1\u00a0 devolver el saldo de la Subcuenta de Vivienda, fondo de ahorro y saldo de trabajadores de afiliaci\u00f3n directa.<\/li>\n<li>Optimizaci\u00f3n de los procesos para el servicio de liquidaci\u00f3n por autoseguro para cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios y no hipotecarios.<\/li>\n<li>Optimizaci\u00f3n del proceso de correcci\u00f3n del Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC)con validaci\u00f3n de base de datos del Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT).<\/li>\n<li>Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n de Subcontrataci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Integraci\u00f3n de la plataforma desarrollada por Banco de M\u00e9xico CODI en el portal de Mi Cuenta Infonavit como medio de pago para aportaciones extraordinarias al Saldo de la Subcuenta de Vivienda (SSV) y pago de cr\u00e9dito.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el Instituto se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Mi cuenta Infonavit 3.0, contar\u00e1 con mecanismos de control
