En este contexto, el CEO de EasyBroker, Eric Northam, destac\u00f3 que, a pesar de los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos, los agentes inmobiliarios permanecer\u00e1n por mucho tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Esto se debe a que durante la compra de un inmueble se necesita un toque personal o humano. Por lo tanto, la ayuda de los asesores inmobiliarios debe centrarse en atender las necesidades de las personas, y, con base en ello, ofrecer soluciones.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo,<strong> los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos ayudan a los asesores y compradores<\/strong> a facilitar procesos durante las operaciones, por lo que solo existir\u00e1n riesgos para los asesores que no adopten la tecnolog\u00eda, debido a que perder\u00e1n oportunidades en el mercado.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAunque tengamos todas las herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas, algo importante es poner empe\u00f1o en el seguimiento con el usuario. Hay que ser un asesor y no un vendedor. Debemos empezar por el tema de la capacitaci\u00f3n, de c\u00f3mo llevar a un cliente, c\u00f3mo entender lo que necesita y c\u00f3mo responder a ello. Cualquier herramienta tecnol\u00f3gica no va a funcionar si no est\u00e1s capacitado en c\u00f3mo llevar al cliente\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Eric Northam.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Por su parte, el Cofundador de Orange Investments, Carlos Rousseau, asegur\u00f3 que observa <strong>una simbiosis entre lo humano y tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/strong> Por ello, advirti\u00f3 que <strong>no se puede dejar de lado lo humano<\/strong>. Ya que, el br\u00f3ker deber\u00e1 tomar el papel de life planner, asimismo, deber\u00e1 otorgar soluciones al comprados.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido,<strong> el asesor inmobiliario deber\u00e1 apoyarse en la tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong> para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.<\/p>\n<h2>Virtualizaci\u00f3n del sector inmobiliario<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/tecnologia-indispensable-para-el-futuro-de-los-asesores-inmobiliarios\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La actualizaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica del agente inmobiliario<\/a> es una realidad, ya que su funci\u00f3n mejora la experiencia de los clientes. Bajo esta premisa, el Ceo de Floorfy, Javier Boisca, destac\u00f3 que <strong>es una obligaci\u00f3n por parte de los agentes inmobiliarios<\/strong> adoptar las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Sumado a ello, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong>estos cambios traer\u00e1n mayor profesionalizaci\u00f3n y madurez del mercado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHay temas fundamentales en el mercado que viene: la profesionalizaci\u00f3n y madurez, y la colaboraci\u00f3n. El objetivo ser\u00e1 concretar una transacci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente; del lado de la captaci\u00f3n del producto, herramientas como portales o CRM nos van a permitir mostrar todo lo que tenemos en una determinada zona; y por el lado de la compra, vamos a tener diferentes opciones, como el br\u00f3ker, el iBuyer, diferentes actores focalizado en el comprador, y vamos a ver m\u00e1s
