El Pleno respaldo los cambios a los art\u00edculos 3, 5, 7, 31, 44, 48, 52 y 54 que realiz\u00f3 la <strong>C\u00e1mara de Diputados<\/strong>, el pasado 14 de diciembre. El objetivo de la ley es dar <strong>prioridad al desplazamiento de personas<\/strong>, condiciones de accesibilidad, eficiencia, sostenibilidad, calidad, inclusi\u00f3n\u00a0 e igualdad.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEsta ley no es m\u00e1gica, pero es una gu\u00eda para evitar que 44 personas mueran diariamente en accidentes viales\u201d, declar\u00f3 la senadora Patricia Mercado.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La Ley General de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial establece las bases para priorizar los m<strong>odos de transporte de personas, bienes y mercanc\u00edas<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, toma en cuenta el \u00a0<strong>menor costo ambiental<\/strong> y <strong>social<\/strong>, la <strong>movilidad no motorizada<\/strong>, los <strong>veh\u00edculos no contaminantes<\/strong> y la <strong>intermodalidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, define la concurrencia entre<strong> entidades federativas<\/strong>, municipios y demarcaciones territoriales de la CDMX en materia de movilidad y seguridad vial.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, incluyeron a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/sct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes<\/a> para que otorguen permisos o autorizaciones a personas f\u00edsicas y morales para el servicio de transporte. De igual forma, est\u00e1 incluida la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda<\/strong> como integrante del <strong>Sistema Nacional de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Este nuevo sistema obligar\u00e1 a los distintos \u00f3rganos de gobierno a evitar agravar los servicios de autotransporte federal, transporte privado y sus servicios auxiliares.<\/p>\n<p>Te puede interesar: <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/urbanismo\/movilidad-sostenible-transporte-sict\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Movilidad sostenible requiere de transporte sostenible e incluyente: ARTF<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Importancia de la Ley General de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial<\/h2>\n<p>La senadora <strong>Patricia Mercado<\/strong> destac\u00f3 el trabajo conjunto en la aprobaci\u00f3n de la ley, pues servir\u00e1 para resolver problemas cotidianos de las familias y las comunidades. Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los accidentes viales son la <strong>segunda causa de muerte<\/strong> en personas de 25 a 30 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el senador <strong>El\u00ed C\u00e9sar Cervantes Rojas<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que las modificaciones realizadas tienen el objetivo de dar mayor certeza a las personas para ejercer su <strong>derecho de
