Asimismo, reportaron que en este <strong>primer trimestre del a\u00f1o<\/strong> la tendencia sigue en alza.<\/p>\n<p>La oferta inmobiliaria del Corredor Benito Ju\u00e1rez, seg\u00fan el informe, es en mayor\u00eda de <strong>vivienda vertical<\/strong>, en las categor\u00edas de <strong>Residencial<\/strong> y <strong>Residencial Plus<\/strong>. Anteriormente, en 2015 la zona contaba con <strong>169,000 unidades<\/strong> de vivienda, sin embargo, el a\u00f1o pasado se registraron poco m\u00e1s de<strong> 189,000 unidades<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, reportaron <strong>217 nuevos proyectos habitacionales<\/strong>, los cuales ofrecieron<strong> 6,250 viviendas<\/strong> en el corredor. Si el desarrollo del corredor sigue en incremento, las proyecciones revelan que en 2025 podr\u00edan alcanzar aproximadamente <strong>204,000 viviendas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, el informe destaca a la <strong>Benito Ju\u00e1rez<\/strong> como la alcald\u00eda con mayor oferta de vivienda. Las colonias donde m\u00e1s se concentran los corredores de vivienda son:<strong> Narvarte, N\u00e1poles, \u00c1lamos<\/strong> e <strong>Independencia<\/strong>. En cambio, las zonas comerciales de mayor densidad est\u00e1n ubicadas en la <strong>colonia Del Valle Sur<\/strong>, en Avenida Universidad. En precios totales se encuentran en un rango de<strong> 1.6 millones de pesos<\/strong>, siendo lo m\u00e1s bajo, hasta los <strong>12.9 millones de pesos<\/strong>. Sobre la superficie de espacios ofertados, se concentra entre los 50 m<sup>2<\/sup> y 150 m<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>El reporte informa que el <strong>92%<\/strong> de estas unidades son de
