Por lo tanto, se anunci\u00f3 que<strong> invertir\u00e1 241 millones de d\u00f3lares en la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo parque industrial<\/strong> en el municipio de Teoloyucan, Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto<em>\u2018Exeter Teoloyucan Industrial Park\u2019 <\/em>cuenta con una<strong> superficie de 48 hect\u00e1reas<\/strong>, las cuales ser\u00e1n desarrolladas en un lapso de dos a\u00f1os. Dentro del \u00e1rea, <strong>se construir\u00e1n cuatro edificios industriales<\/strong> e infraestructura de primer nivel, los cuales albergaran empresas del<strong> sector log\u00edstico, distribuci\u00f3n y manufactura ligera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, contribuir\u00e1 a la generaci\u00f3n de 6,000 empleos, de los cuales; 2,500 ser\u00e1n de manera directa y 3,500 indirectos, lo que <strong>generar\u00e1 bienestar para las familias<\/strong> que habitan en municipio.<\/p>\n<p>La empresa <strong>EQT Exeter observa en M\u00e9xico un gran aliado<\/strong> para el impulso de su presencia en el pa\u00eds. En ese sentido, el Gobernador del Estado de M\u00e9xico, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/alfredodelmazo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alfredo del Mazo<\/a> destac\u00f3 qu<strong>e se generar\u00e1n mejores condiciones para los inversionistas<\/strong>, en respuesta de la confianza otorgada.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, asegur\u00f3 que <strong>se proporcionar\u00e1 mayor seguridad, profesionistas calificados, mejor infraestructura y conectividad<\/strong>. Debido a que esta vinculaci\u00f3n del sector log\u00edstico <strong>cimentar\u00e1 las bases para el asentamiento<\/strong> de otras empresas.
