Ante dicha situaci\u00f3n, la startup anal\u00edtica de datos, Datlas, determin\u00f3 que en ese lapso se la demanda de viviendas de la ciudad es <strong>equivalente a 400 unidades por semana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el Fundador y Director de Datlas, Pedro Vallejo, proyect\u00f3 que<strong> existir\u00e1 un aumento demogr\u00e1fico<\/strong> a\u00fan m\u00e1s importante. En ese sentido, destac\u00f3 que para 2040, llegar\u00e1n a Monterrey 660 personas cada semana, con planes de estudio, trabajo y vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Para satisfacer la<strong> demanda de vivienda en Monterrey<\/strong>, la plataforma inmobiliaria Mudafy reinvent\u00f3 el concepto de proptech con un modelo de negocio 100% colaborativo. Por lo tanto, se combinaron las <strong>ventajas tecnol\u00f3gicas y la asesor\u00eda personalizada<\/strong> en cada etapa durante la compra de una propiedad.
