{"id":128706,"date":"2022-04-04T08:50:57","date_gmt":"2022-04-04T13:50:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=128706"},"modified":"2022-04-04T08:50:57","modified_gmt":"2022-04-04T13:50:57","slug":"nuevo-leon-impulsara-la-construccion-del-tren-suburbano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/nuevo-leon-impulsara-la-construccion-del-tren-suburbano\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevo Le\u00f3n impulsar\u00e1 la construcci\u00f3n del Tren Suburbano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La construcci\u00f3n del Tren Suburbano beneficiar\u00e1 a la poblaci\u00f3n de Nuevo Le\u00f3n en cuanto a movilidad, ya que conectar\u00e1 con el Metro<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El gobernador de <strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, Samuel Alejandro Garc\u00eda Sep\u00falveda, inform\u00f3 que impulsar\u00e1 la <strong>construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> de la primera fase del <strong>Tren Suburbano<\/strong>; as\u00ed como la <strong>Presa La libertad<\/strong> para beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n en la entidad.<\/p>\n<p>La construcci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 con <strong>3,000 millones de pesos<\/strong> (mdp) del Gobierno federal; <strong>3,000 mdp<\/strong> de Nuevo Le\u00f3n y <strong>6,000 mdp<\/strong> de la iniciativa privada. Esta \u00faltima se obtendr\u00e1 de la plusval\u00eda en los <strong>102 kil\u00f3metros<\/strong> en los que ser\u00e1 trazado el tren suburbano.<\/p>\n<p>La primera fase del Tren Suburbano ser\u00e1 para el <strong>\u00e1rea metropolitana de Monterrey<\/strong> y conectar\u00e1 con el <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/construccion\/nuevo-leon-invertira-26000-mdp-para-mejorar-infraestructura-del-metro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Sistema de Transporte Colectivo Metro<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEl <strong>tren suburbano<\/strong> primera fase, saldr\u00e1 de San Pedro Garza Garc\u00eda, <strong>conectar\u00e1 con el metro y la ecov\u00eda<\/strong>, de tal manera que el transporte p\u00fablico y la <strong>movilidad<\/strong> ser\u00e1n factibles para la poblaci\u00f3n con este anuncio del tren, primera fase de San Pedro al Aeropuerto\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Garc\u00eda Sep\u00falveda.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Asimismo, agreg\u00f3 que el <strong>Fondo Nacional de Infraestructura<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fonadin.gob.mx\/fni2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fonadin<\/a>) tendr\u00e1 una disposici\u00f3n de <strong>500 mdp<\/strong>. La cantidad monetaria se destinar\u00e1 para estudios, ingenier\u00edas y topograf\u00edas. As\u00ed como en temas legales, contables y financieros.<\/p>\n<h2>Presa La Libertad<\/h2>\n<p>El proyecto <strong>Presa La libertad<\/strong> tiene un avance del <strong>30%<\/strong>, es por ello, que se estima la conclusi\u00f3n en <strong>2023<\/strong> con una cantidad de <strong>2,000 mdp<\/strong>. Con el objetivo de beneficiarse de las lluvias el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEl compromiso del Presidente y de un servidor es tratar de terminar el a\u00f1o que entra la presa. Esto para poder captar el agua de lluvia del<strong> verano 2023<\/strong> y juntar suficiente agua para la ciudad de <strong>Monterrey<\/strong>. Esta presa le puede dar agua a nuestro estado hasta dos metros c\u00fabicos por segundo. Lo que ser\u00eda m\u00e1s agua que Cerro Prieto y que La Boca\u201d, indic\u00f3 el Gobernador de Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Asimismo, el Mandatario estatal detall\u00f3 que los proyectos en los que se trabajar\u00e1 este a\u00f1o ser\u00e1 en rubros del agua, <strong>movilidad<\/strong> y seguridad para <strong>Nuevo
