El evento se llev\u00f3 acabo en <strong>Costa Rica<\/strong> donde ah\u00ed se presentaron analistas del mercado inmobiliario comercial, desarrolladores e inquilinos. Uno de los ponentes fue<strong> Carlos S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, Managing Director Economic Incentives de Newmark, quien habl\u00f3 sobre las tendencias e importancia de la<strong> inversi\u00f3n extranjera<\/strong> en el sector inmobiliario.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEsperamos que Am\u00e9rica Latina comience una etapa de recuperaci\u00f3n y de crecimiento despu\u00e9s de haber tocado fondo. Este 2022 debe ser el a\u00f1o en que volvamos a despegar y donde empecemos a recuperar el terreno y el tiempo perdido durante los dos a\u00f1os de pandemia\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el experto.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Por esta raz\u00f3n, una de las expectativas para este a\u00f1o es que la inversi\u00f3n extranjera se enfoque en el ramo de <strong>log\u00edstica<\/strong> para la exportaci\u00f3n en nuestros mercados. En consecuencia, es necesario tener m\u00e1s eficiencia en puertos y movimientos de mercanc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, un tema constante entre los pa\u00edses son las <strong>estrategias de aversi\u00f3n al riesgo. <\/strong>Y es\u00a0que, al tener la concentraci\u00f3n de sus operaciones en una sola regi\u00f3n los deja expuestos. Por tal motivo, est\u00e1n buscando ampliar su <strong>portafolio<\/strong> en diferentes ubicaciones.<\/p>\n<p>En cambio, una de las preocupaciones m\u00e1s latentes del 2022 es el <strong>regreso a oficina<\/strong>s, pues hay versiones encontradas sobre este tema. Sin embargo, esto ha ayudado a la generaci\u00f3n de nuevas modalidades, como los <strong>espacios flexible<\/strong>s, que pueden ser de inter\u00e9s para los inversionistas de este sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Te puede interesar: <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/sin-categoria\/nuevas-tendencias-marketing-digital-inmobiliario\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Presentan las nuevas tendencias para el marketing digital inmobiliario<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Importancia de la inversi\u00f3n extranjera<\/h2>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de 2 a\u00f1os de pandemia es momento de reactivar la inversi\u00f3n extranjera directa para Am\u00e9rica Latina. De acuerdo con cifras de la CEPAL los flujos negativos en 2020 tuvieron una reducci\u00f3n del <strong>34.7 por ciento<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan la <strong>Conferencia de las Naciones Unidas sobre Desarrollo y Comercio<\/strong> el promedio de los flujos de inversi\u00f3n extranjera directa es del 24 por ciento. Sin embargo, en el caso de Panam\u00e1 el flujo se redujo hasta un 86 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Para Carlos S\u00e1nchez la inversi\u00f3n extranjera es fundamental para el desarrollo de un pa\u00eds, porque ayuda a financiar <strong>proyectos productivos<\/strong> y de <strong>infraestructura<\/strong>. Por lo tanto, genera crecimiento econ\u00f3mico e incrementa el empleo. Tambi\u00e9n, es clave para obtener <strong>conocimientos<\/strong> y <strong>tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong> nueva que de otra forma no podr\u00edamos obtener.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cGenera un motor para que las empresas de nuestros pa\u00edses generen mayores ventas en el exterior y por lo tanto se obtenga un mayor ingreso de riqueza\u201d, explic\u00f3 el Managing
