Cuando fue obligatorio quedarnos en casa, los edificios de oficinas se quedaron vac\u00edos y el trabajo remoto era nuestra nueva realidad. Algunas empresas cambiaron de sede o incluso se deshicieron por completo de su lugar de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, a dos a\u00f1os del inicio de la pandemia y con el 65% de la poblaci\u00f3n vacunada, la ciudad est\u00e1 en proceso de volver a la normalidad. Gracias al formato h\u00edbrido las oficinas est\u00e1n en etapa de recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLa propuesta de las autoridades capitalinas del cambio de uso de suelo y seguir las indicaciones que el sem\u00e1foro dictamina cada semana,\u00a0\u00a0podr\u00eda cambiar\u00a0\u00a0por completo la forma en la que se desarrollar\u00e1 el subsector corporativo en los pr\u00f3ximos meses\u201d, explic\u00f3 Daniel Narv\u00e1ez, VP de Marketing de Lamudi.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, con la reactivaci\u00f3n de los corporativos en los corredores de la CDMX, como Reforma, Polanco y Santa Fe, se calcula que se generen 531, 000 empleos. Como consecuencia de ello, se impulsar\u00e1 la recaudaci\u00f3n de impuestos por n\u00f3minas y predial.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, tan s\u00f3lo en la ciudad, el regreso a las oficinas provocar\u00eda una inversi\u00f3n de 12,000 millones de d\u00f3lares. De los cuales, 3,000 millones se ocupar\u00edan para el desarrollo de edificios mixtos y oficinas, esto generar\u00eda 14,000 empleos directos e indirectos.<\/p>\n<p>Te puede interesar: <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/bienestar-calidad-y-sostenibilidad-seran-clave-para-el-impulso-de-oficinas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bienestar, calidad y sostenibilidad ser\u00e1n clave para el impulso de oficinas<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Oficinas en 2021<\/h2>\n<p>Seg\u00fan datos de la inmobiliaria <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamudi.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lamudi<\/a>, el mercado de oficinas en CDMX registr\u00f3 en el 1T2021 un inventario de 9.8 millones de metros cuadrados (<em>m<sup>2<\/sup><\/em>) de \u00e1rea neta rentable. Tan s\u00f3lo super\u00f3 por el 0.26% al mismo periodo del 2020.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSabemos, que el retorno a las oficinas es clave para la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds, permitiendo un aumento de la demanda de bienes y servicios que generan ingresos para el sector inmobiliario, bancario y restaurantero\u201d, declar\u00f3 Narv\u00e1ez.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>De acuerdo con el Reporte inmobiliario de 2021 de Lamudi, Insurgentes es el corredor m\u00e1s grande del mercado con 2.1 millones de metros
