{"id":127902,"date":"2022-03-17T18:52:14","date_gmt":"2022-03-18T00:52:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=127902"},"modified":"2022-03-18T18:54:34","modified_gmt":"2022-03-19T00:54:34","slug":"sedeco-banverde-convenio-financiar-sistemas-energia-solar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/sedeco-banverde-convenio-financiar-sistemas-energia-solar\/","title":{"rendered":"Sedeco y BanVerde se unen para financiar sistemas de energ\u00eda solar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El convenio firmado entre Sedeco y BanVerde busca apoyar a las mirco, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas de la capital<!--more--><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico<\/strong> (Sedeco) firm\u00f3 un convenio con <strong>BanVerde<\/strong> en beneficio de las Mipymes de la capital para financiar sistemas de energ\u00eda solar.\u00a0 El objetivo de este acuerdo es ofrecer nuevas alternativas de financiamiento apegadas a la <strong>Acci\u00f3n Institucional de Fomento a la Transici\u00f3n y la Sustentabilidad Energ\u00e9tica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La Sedeco ya contaba anteriormente con el programa \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/ciudadsolar.cdmx.gob.mx\/programas\/programa\/energia-mipymes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Energ\u00eda Solar para Mipymes<\/a>\u2019, con el fin de brindar apoyo t\u00e9cnico y econ\u00f3mico para instalar sistemas de aprovechamiento de energ\u00eda solar. Por lo tanto este convenio ayudar\u00e1 a que peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas vean como una opci\u00f3n asequible usar energ\u00eda solar como motor para sus negocios.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEs tarea del gobierno ofrecer soluciones novedosas y establecer alianzas que convengan a sus finanzas y su productividad, lo que se traduce como rentabilidad a la par que se beneficia al medio ambiente\u201d. As\u00ed lo indic\u00f3, <strong>Fadlala Akabani Hneide<\/strong>, titular de Sedeco.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El Titular, tambi\u00e9n explic\u00f3 la importancia de impulsar la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica en la ciudad, pues en la actualidad CDMX es un referente de en el <strong>uso de energ\u00edas renovables<\/strong>. Un ejemplo de \u00a0ello es el desarrollo de la planta fotovoltaica en la Central de Abastos.<\/p>\n<p>Te puede interesar:<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/construccion\/cdmx-planta-solar-central-abastos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> CDMX inicia en marzo instalaci\u00f3n de planta solar en la Central de Abastos<\/a><\/p>\n<p>El convenio establece a BanVerde como una de las opciones a elegir para la instalaci\u00f3n de los sistemas solares, en modalidad de compra venta de energ\u00eda. Los financiamientos que ofrecer\u00e1 el fondo ser\u00e1n de 50,000 hasta 500,000 pesos para el <strong>sector industrial<\/strong>. En cuanto al <strong>sector comercial<\/strong>, podr\u00edan ser de dos millones de pesos. Adem\u00e1s el contrato tendr\u00eda una duraci\u00f3n de 6 a 15 a\u00f1os y al final la empresa ser\u00eda completamente due\u00f1a del sistema.<\/p>\n<h2>\u2018Energ\u00eda Solar para Mipymes\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>Con este programa Sedeco se compromete a apoyar a las empresas en todo el proceso de instalaci\u00f3n. Brindan asesor\u00eda para la elecci\u00f3n de <strong>tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>, an\u00e1lisis del <strong>inmueble<\/strong> donde se llevar\u00eda a cabo la instalaci\u00f3n y el contacto con proveedores de <strong>equipos certificados.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, busca fortalecer la competitividad de las empresas asegurando la <strong>reducci\u00f3n de emisiones de gases de efecto
