Debido a ello, las empresas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.perfilan.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Perfilan<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inverti.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Inverti<\/a> presentaron el panel \u201c<strong>Tendencias digitales para 2022 en la comercializaci\u00f3n inmobiliaria<\/strong>\u201d. En el cual se discutieron las \u00faltimas tendencias de marketing digital para la comercializaci\u00f3n de inmuebles.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los participantes estuvieron: <strong>Alejandro Barba<\/strong>, CEO de Casas y Terrenos; <strong>Iv\u00e1n Carmona<\/strong>, Co-fundado y Director Comercial en 100 ladrillos y <strong>Alfonso Aguilar<\/strong> CEO de Perfilan. Atendiendo como moderador estuvo <strong>Ignacio Ram\u00edrez<\/strong> CEO de Inverti.<\/p>\n<p>Alejandro Barba habl\u00f3 sobre, el uso de<strong> CMR<\/strong>, (\u201cCustomer Relationship Management\u201d por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), y <strong><em>lead scoring<\/em><\/strong>. Enfatiz\u00f3 que el CMR deber\u00eda tener administraci\u00f3n de inventario en tiempo real para ayudar a los equipos. Adem\u00e1s de hacer m\u00e1s eficientes los procesos de venta para que herramientas como el <em>lead scoring <\/em>prioricen y califiquen de manera autom\u00e1tica. Tambi\u00e9n expuso la necesidad de <strong>generar contenidos novedosos<\/strong> y herramientas que faciliten la b\u00fasqueda de inmuebles.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNuestra principal fuente de leads inician su b\u00fasqueda directamente desde la plataforma, por lo que las estrategias m\u00e1s efectivas son: tener un buen inventario de propiedades y generar contenido relevante para informar al prospecto durante el proceso de planeaci\u00f3n\u201d.
