{"id":127442,"date":"2022-03-08T09:00:09","date_gmt":"2022-03-08T15:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=127442"},"modified":"2022-03-07T23:32:42","modified_gmt":"2022-03-08T05:32:42","slug":"demanda-oficinas-monterrey-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/demanda-oficinas-monterrey-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Demanda de oficinas en Monterrey creci\u00f3 77% en 2021: Solili"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Al cierre del 4T2021, Solili report\u00f3<\/em> <em>240,000 m<\/em><em>\u00b2<\/em><em> de oficinas en construcci\u00f3n en Monterrey; de los cuales<\/em> <em>el 41% se concentra en el corredor Santa Mar\u00eda<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solili.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Solili<\/strong><\/a>, la ciudad de <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/desocupacion-oficinas-monterrey\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Monterrey<\/strong> <\/a>contin\u00faa como el segundo <strong>mercado de oficinas <\/strong>m\u00e1s importante a nivel nacional, y, durante los \u00faltimos dos trimestres del 2021, registr\u00f3 <strong>demandas netas positivas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La consultora indic\u00f3 que la <strong>demanda bruta total del 2021<\/strong> fue de m\u00e1s de 87,000 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2); lo cual representa un crecimiento de 77% con respecto al 2020. Dicha demanda se ubic\u00f3 principalmente sobre el <strong>corredor Valle Oriente<\/strong>, que tan solo durante el \u00faltimo trimestre (4T2021) concentr\u00f3 casi el 63% del total.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que dicho corredor lidera las preferencias de los inquilinos corporativos, tendencia que se espera que contin\u00fae en 2022. Esto gracias a su excelente <strong>ubicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, amplia <strong>oferta de espacios de oficinas<\/strong>, diversas <strong>modalidades de conceptos<\/strong> <strong>de entrega<\/strong> y <strong>versatilidad<\/strong> de sus desarrollos.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, al cierre del 4T2021, <strong>Solili<\/strong> report\u00f3 240,000 m\u00b2 de <strong>oficinas en construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> en Monterrey;
