{"id":1270,"date":"2013-11-28T10:05:56","date_gmt":"2013-11-28T16:05:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=1270"},"modified":"2013-11-28T18:14:21","modified_gmt":"2013-11-29T00:14:21","slug":"ubicacion-e-infraestructura-clave-de-las-ciudades","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/reportajes\/ubicacion-e-infraestructura-clave-de-las-ciudades\/","title":{"rendered":"Ubicaci\u00f3n e infraestructura, clave de las ciudades"},"content":{"rendered":"<a href=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/foto_panel-FIVS2013.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1306\" alt=\"foto_panel-FIVS2013\" src=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/foto_panel-FIVS2013.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"498\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/foto_panel-FIVS2013.jpg 600w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/foto_panel-FIVS2013-300x249.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>El uso de la tecnolog\u00eda tambi\u00e9n contribuye a una visualizaci\u00f3n del entorno urbano<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por\u00a0Yuriko Barrera y Aura Fuentes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durante el 5to Foro de Vivienda Sustentable en M\u00e9rida, se entreg\u00f3 el premio Ciudades Sustentables 2013 donde se reconoci\u00f3 a los gobiernos locales que promueven las iniciativas, soluciones y proyectos m\u00e1s innovadores para mejorar la calidad de vida de sus habitantes en un entorno sustentable, los tres primeros lugares fueron para la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Hermosillo y Colima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, se realizaron distintas ponencias donde durante la participaci\u00f3n en el panel \u201cExperiencias sobre urbanismo en ciudades latinoamericanas\u201d, el urbanista Pablo Lazo asegur\u00f3 que en el transcurso de medio siglo, la vivienda social es lo mismo y cuestion\u00f3 sobre el urbanismo zombie al que se ha llegado, para lo cual, la soluci\u00f3n es que los arquitectos y urbanistas regresen al origen del problema.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para ello las tres estrategias son: mayor desempe\u00f1o en proyectos ambientales, cambiar la percepci\u00f3n a escala urbana y un modelo de gesti\u00f3n de normativa transparente y socialmente responsable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El arquitecto Felipe Correa, especialista de Ecuador indic\u00f3 que en los \u00faltimos 25 a\u00f1os, ha cambiado la percepci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s revel\u00f3 que se est\u00e1 realizando un estudio en la universidad de Harvard sobre la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico en donde la organizaci\u00f3n de la infraestructura ocupa gran cantidad de suelo urbano y conecta a unas zonas pero desconecta a otras. Por ello, se debe reutilizar la infraestructura para usos recreativos y la soluci\u00f3n est\u00e1 en los urbanistas y arquitectos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, Derrick de Kerckhove de Canad\u00e1, en su ponencia \u201cLa vivienda con relaci\u00f3n a la comunicaci\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3 que la ciudad como las redes sociales est\u00e1 sufriendo un proceso de hiperconectividad, las cuales representan el nuevo espacio social pues llevan datos que generan una constante interacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El arquitecto Felipe Leal, habl\u00f3 sobre el urbanismo y la habitabilidad para elevar el nivel en la calidad de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n y explic\u00f3 tanto las diferencias como los beneficios entre una ciudad dispersa y una compacta; la vivienda extraurbana as\u00ed como de la vivienda intraurbana para elevar el nivel y la calidad de vida de los habitantes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El maestro Troy Conrad Therrien, especialista de Canad\u00e1, coincidi\u00f3 en que el uso de las tecnolog\u00edas cambia a las ciudades\u00a0 y que incluso, ha llegado a la arquitectura, lo cual nos da una nueva imagen del mundo f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, Carlos Zedillo, en la ponencia \u201cSustentabilidad y T\u00e9cnica para el Desarrollo Urbano y de Vivienda\u201d dijo que se debe impulsar la movilidad sustentable y reducir las necesidades de movilidad por proximidad, pues 60 por ciento de la causa del abandono de vivienda es por la mala ubicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, refiri\u00f3 que se debe clarificar el tema sustentable en donde los objetivos son responsabilidad ante el cambio clim\u00e1tico y generar ahorro a sus moradores, por lo que si existe mala ubicaci\u00f3n, no existe ninguno de \u00e9stos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
