{"id":126201,"date":"2022-02-10T08:00:36","date_gmt":"2022-02-10T14:00:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=126201"},"modified":"2022-02-10T13:10:21","modified_gmt":"2022-02-10T19:10:21","slug":"buscan-establecer-en-la-constitucion-el-derecho-a-una-vivienda-adecuada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/buscan-establecer-en-la-constitucion-el-derecho-a-una-vivienda-adecuada\/","title":{"rendered":"Buscan establecer en la Constituci\u00f3n el derecho a una vivienda adecuada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Trascendental que en la Constituci\u00f3n se establezca el derecho de las personas a una vivienda adecuada: Partido del Trabajo<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Partido del Trabajo (<a href=\"https:\/\/partidodeltrabajo.org.mx\/2017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PT<\/a>) impulsa una iniciativa que reforma el art\u00edculo 4\u00b0 de la Constituci\u00f3n para establecer el derecho de las personas a una <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/dia-nacional-vivienda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vivienda<\/a> adecuada. El objetivo de la medida, argumentaron los legisladores prominente, \u00a0es mejorar la calidad de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Esta iniciativa fue propuesta por la legisladora del PT, Lilia Aguilar, quien declar\u00f3 que se pretende sustituir los t\u00e9rminos \u201cdigna y decorosa\u201d por \u201cvivienda adecuada\u201d. La legisladora se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la modificaci\u00f3n busca mejorar la redacci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea de atender de mejor manera el reto. Y es que, dijo, los derechos humanos se deben de plasmarse claramente en el texto constitucional de nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abTodo ciudadano debe tener la garant\u00eda de acceder a una vivienda apropiada, conforme las particularidades de cada uno de los hogares mexicanos\u00bb, asever\u00f3 Aguilar.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 que\u00a0 esta propuesta tambi\u00e9n contempla brindar seguridad a las familias del pa\u00eds, as\u00ed como la protecci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, disponibilidad de servicios b\u00e1sicos como agua, electricidad, gas e infraestructura, asequibilidad para no poner en riesgo otro tipo de gastos, habitabilidad y seguridad f\u00edsica de los habitantes, accesibilidad para sectores desfavorecidos y buena ubicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>Art\u00edculo 4 de la Constituci\u00f3n Mexicana<\/h3>\n<p>Este art\u00edculo establece que la ley proteger\u00e1 y promover\u00e1 el desarrollo de sus lenguas, culturas, usos, costumbres, recursos y formas espec\u00edficas de organizaci\u00f3n social, y garantizar\u00e1 a sus integrantes el efectivo acceso a la jurisdicci\u00f3n del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n contempla el derecho que tienen las familias a disfrutar de vivienda digna y decorosa.<\/p>\n<p>Es por ello, que el PT pretende incluir esta iniciativa a este
