{"id":125729,"date":"2022-01-24T09:00:08","date_gmt":"2022-01-24T15:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=125729"},"modified":"2022-01-21T18:39:55","modified_gmt":"2022-01-22T00:39:55","slug":"ruba-macrodesarrollo-habitacional-torreon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/ruba-macrodesarrollo-habitacional-torreon\/","title":{"rendered":"Ruba inaugura 1ra etapa de macrodesarrollo habitacional en Torre\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>De acuerdo con Ruba, el desarrollo contar\u00e1 con viviendas<\/em> <em>desde 935,000 pesos, que podr\u00e1n financiarse por medio de cr\u00e9dito hipotecario <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La desarrolladora mexicana <strong>Ruba<\/strong>, junto con autoridades del estado de <strong>Coahuila<\/strong> y del municipio de <strong>Torre\u00f3n<\/strong>, inaugur\u00f3 la primera etapa del macrodesarrollo de vivienda <strong>Rinc\u00f3n del Marqu\u00e9s<\/strong>. Mismo que se convertir\u00e1 en un nuevo polo de desarrollo habitacional y econ\u00f3mico en la regi\u00f3n de La Laguna.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto contar\u00e1 con una inversi\u00f3n total de <strong>1,950 millones de pesos<\/strong> (mdp) dentro los pr\u00f3ximos 10 venideros. De esta manera, se construir\u00e1n <strong>2,600 viviendas<\/strong> del segmento Medio, y se generar\u00e1 una derrama econ\u00f3mica anual directa de 150 mdp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ruba<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que las viviendas tienen un precio desde <strong>935,000 pesos<\/strong>. Mismos que podr\u00e1n financiarse por medio de <strong>cr\u00e9dito hipotecario de la banca<\/strong>, del <strong>Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores<\/strong> (<strong>Infonavit<\/strong>), del <strong>Fondo de la Vivienda del ISSSTE <\/strong>(<strong>Fovissste<\/strong>) o alguna <strong>Sofom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, de las primeras 40 casas construidas en esta etapa de arranque, ya se ha vendido la mayor parte; lo cual refleja una gran aceptaci\u00f3n por parte de familias clientes y prospectos.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, <strong>Ruba<\/strong> indic\u00f3 que el proyecto generar\u00e1 <strong>2,340 empleos por a\u00f1o<\/strong>. Esto porque la construcci\u00f3n de una sola vivienda implica al menos cinco empleos directos y cuatro indirectos; por lo que se dar\u00e1 ocupaci\u00f3n a 1,300 personas directamente y a 1,040 de manera indirecta cada a\u00f1o durante los 10 a\u00f1os de edificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTanto las autoridades como los empresarios coincidieron en que este nuevo rumbo habitacional dar\u00e1 a <strong>Torre\u00f3n<\/strong> no solo crecimiento, sino crecimiento ordenado; a la par de generar inversiones en cadena en materia comercial, de servicios e industrial, con atenci\u00f3n a la dotaci\u00f3n de vivienda funcional, bella, accesible y de calidad a las familias de esta pujante regi\u00f3n de Coahuila y Durango\u201d, mencion\u00f3 <strong>Ruba<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/foto2-ruba-torreon-17ene22-scaled.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter
