Esto debido a que el pasado mes de diciembre se observ\u00f3 un <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/centros-comerciales-de-planigrupo-obtuvieron-mayor-flujo-en-el-3t2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">crecimiento en la afluencia de personas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn <strong>centros comerciales<\/strong> estamos viendo una recuperaci\u00f3n bastante buena. Este tipo de activos se est\u00e1 recuperando de manera continua\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>V\u00edctor Lachica<\/strong>, <strong>CEO de Cushman &amp; Wakefield<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que el sector inmobiliario se encuentra en una etapa de transformaci\u00f3n para entender y atender las necesidades que surgieron con la pandemia. En este sentido, hacia 2022 los <strong>centros comerciales<\/strong> tendr\u00e1n un nicho de oportunidad en el crecimiento del <strong><em>e-commerce<\/em><\/strong> como <strong>bodegas de \u00faltima milla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lachica<\/strong> indic\u00f3 que en el tema de <em><strong>retail<\/strong> <\/em>se observa una din\u00e1mica de redise\u00f1o interesante. Pues, a pesar de que este segmento result\u00f3 con severas afectaciones por la pandemia, hoy est\u00e1 en proceso de adaptaci\u00f3n hacia las nuevas din\u00e1micas.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, mencion\u00f3 que en <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong> ya se observa una tendencia por <strong>convertir centros comerciales a lugares dedicados a la salud y el cuidado<\/strong>. Y consider\u00f3 que en <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong> se podr\u00eda observar un escenario en el que los propietarios de este tipo de inmuebles adapten parte de sus espacios como <strong>bodegas<\/strong> y se sumen a la <strong>cadena de log\u00edstica<\/strong> como \u00faltima milla.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos viendo esta reconformaci\u00f3n y este redise\u00f1o hacia la nueva realidad en el tema comercial. Ellos han tenido tambi\u00e9n much\u00edsimos retos, porque, al no poder abrir tiendas, muchos inquilinos se vieron en dificultades para pagar rentas y se tuvieron que buscar esquemas de apoyo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAhora vemos que se est\u00e1n reconvirtiendo r\u00e1pidamente. Por ejemplo, en <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong> estamos teniendo varios ejemplos de centros comerciales que se est\u00e1n convirtiendo en centros de salud. En este caso, podremos llegar a ver centros comerciales que parte de sus espacios se conviertan en <strong>bodegas<\/strong>, lo que se llama <strong>\u00faltima milla<\/strong>; para poder entregar
