Debido a las nuevas construcciones, la entidad cerr\u00f3 2021 con una demanda hist\u00f3rica superior a los 450,000 metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo del a\u00f1o, este mercado mostr\u00f3 una fuerte actividad inmobiliaria industrial, as\u00ed como residencial y corporativa, que lograron posicionar a la zona como referente de desarrollo en el pa\u00eds. Para conseguirlo, Guadalajara se apoy\u00f3 de manera firme en materia de infraestructura, al mejorar sus instalaciones \u00e1reas como parte de su plan de acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En el sector log\u00edstico, empresas como Amazon, The Home Deport, Walmart, entre otras, han logrado posicionarse de manera importante en la industria. Esto debido al cuantioso registro que han obtenido, como es el caso de Betterware, que ubic\u00f3 60,000 m<sup>2 \u00a0<\/sup>en el corredor de Zapopan Norte.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, si se compara la demanda bruta industrial de Guadalajara 2021 con la registrada en 2020, esta mostr\u00f3 un incremento del 22%. Dicha cifra representa 278,000 metros cuadrados. Asimismo, si se le compara con 2019, se observa un aumento del 63%, equivalente a 371,000 metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n<h2>Aeropuerto de GDL, un impulso para la demanda industrial<\/h2>\n<p>Dentro del plan de Guadalajara 2020-2026, el aeropuerto que atend\u00eda siete municipios y nueve estados de la rep\u00fablica comenz\u00f3 a quedarse corto ante el aumento de la demanda. Por la motivo, se a\u00f1adieron dos nuevas terminales que registraron 210,000 m<sup>2 <\/sup>de construcci\u00f3n, divididos en 60 salas de embarque, salas de contactos y remotas.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, las\u00a0 remodelaciones incluyeron 195 mostradores de documentaci\u00f3n, con capacidad para 75 espacios para aeronaves comerciales con 335,000 metros cuadrados. Esto permiti\u00f3 el espacio para 10,650 cajones de estacionamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Sumado a esto, las construcciones contin\u00faan en crecimiento hacia el 2022, ya que, se espera la inclusi\u00f3n de 240,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> de naves industriales. Las cuales se posicionar\u00e1n en un 94% en el corredor de el Salto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La demanda bruta industrial de Guadalajara
