{"id":124765,"date":"2021-12-17T16:15:53","date_gmt":"2021-12-17T22:15:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=124765"},"modified":"2021-12-28T16:04:43","modified_gmt":"2021-12-28T22:04:43","slug":"fovissste-supera-meta-de-colocacion-crediticia-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/fovissste-supera-meta-de-colocacion-crediticia-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Fovissste supera meta de colocaci\u00f3n crediticia 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Programa de Cr\u00e9dito 2022 del Fovissste prev\u00e9 otorgar hasta 58 mil 731 financiamientos por 39 mil 538 millones 969 mil 600 pesos<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Fondo de la Vivienda del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/issste\/acciones-y-programas\/servicios-en-linea-del-issste-18653\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ISSSTE<\/a> (Fovissste), cumpli\u00f3 en su escenario m\u00ednimo la meta crediticia colocada para este 2021, con 48 mil 752 financiamientos, por un monto equivalente a 35 mil 450 millones 800 mil pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que el pasado 18 de noviembre, el Fovissste \u201cliber\u00f3\u201d los folios autorizados de las primeras 10 mil solicitudes para cr\u00e9ditos \u201cTradicionales\u201d mediante el Sistema de Puntaje 2022, cuyos beneficiarios iniciaron sus tr\u00e1mites inmediatamente.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa derrama econ\u00f3mica generada por los <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/infonavit-nuevos-creditos-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cr\u00e9ditos<\/a> represent\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, la generaci\u00f3n de 592,028 empleos directos e indirectos por medio de las desarrolladoras de vivienda, as\u00ed como de las actividades econ\u00f3micas o prestadores de servicios relacionados: tiendas de materiales para la construcci\u00f3n,\u00a0alumineros, carpinter\u00edas, ferreter\u00edas, pinturas, ladrilleras, entre otros\u201d, destac\u00f3 el Fondo en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>Los estados que superan en mayor proporci\u00f3n su meta de colocaci\u00f3n fueron Tabasco al otorgar 31% m\u00e1s financiamientos, seguido por Chiapas, con 26%, y Oaxaca, con 24%.<\/p>\n<div id=\"mvp-content-main\" class=\"left relative\">\n<div id=\"tps_slideContainer_79004\" class=\"theiaPostSlider_slides\">\n<div class=\"theiaPostSlider_preloadedSlide\">\n<p>Mientras que, el resto pertenecen a los esquemas\u00a0\u201cTradicional 2do.
