Esto, gracias al nuevo esquema de Cr\u00e9dito en Pesos, con el que Infonavit aplica una tasa de inter\u00e9s diferenciada a los acreditados, dependiendo del nivel salarial con el que est\u00e1n registrados en el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.imss.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IMSS<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que, anteriormente, la tasa de inter\u00e9s estaba fija en 12%, sin hacer distinci\u00f3n del ingreso de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Nuevo Cr\u00e9dito en Pesos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con el esquema del Nuevo Cr\u00e9dito en Pesos, de junio al 14 de noviembre de este a\u00f1o, el Infonavit otorg\u00f3 un cr\u00e9dito hipotecario al 49% de personas que ganan menos de 10,897.80 pesos al mes, con una tasa de inter\u00e9s inferior al 7.21 por ciento.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"195\"><strong>Salario mensual del acreditado<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"145\"><strong>Tasa de inter\u00e9s<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"145\"><strong>N\u00famero de cr\u00e9ditos colocados<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"195\">$4,086.68 a $5,448.90<\/td>\n<td width=\"145\">1.91% a 3.33%<\/td>\n<td width=\"145\">11,022<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"195\">$5,721.35 a $8,173.35<\/td>\n<td width=\"145\">3.55% a 5.51%<\/td>\n<td width=\"145\">25,058<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"195\">$8,445.80 a $10,897.80<\/td>\n<td width=\"145\">5.70% a 7.21%<\/td>\n<td width=\"145\">23,586<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"195\">$11,170.25 a $13,622.25<\/td>\n<td width=\"145\">7.41% a 8.86%<\/td>\n<td width=\"145\">14,707<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"195\">$13,894.70 a $16,346.70<\/td>\n<td width=\"145\">9.03% a 10.42%<\/td>\n<td width=\"145\">8,992<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"195\">$16,619.15 o m\u00e1s<\/td>\n<td width=\"145\">10.45%<\/td>\n<td width=\"145\">37,472<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Con este nuevo esquema, los trabajadores tienen la ventaja de saber cu\u00e1nto y cu\u00e1ndo terminar\u00e1n de pagar su cr\u00e9dito hipotecario, ya que las mensualidades son fijas durante toda la vida del financiamiento. Esto, a\u00fan si el trabajador concluye su relaci\u00f3n laboral con una empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adicional, las aportaciones patronales (5% del salario) ahora se van directo a capital y no a los intereses.
