{"id":123741,"date":"2021-11-10T15:57:10","date_gmt":"2021-11-10T21:57:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=123741"},"modified":"2021-11-10T16:57:35","modified_gmt":"2021-11-10T22:57:35","slug":"construccion-the-landmark-zapopan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/construccion-the-landmark-zapopan\/","title":{"rendered":"Inicia construcci\u00f3n de The Landmark Reserve en Zapopan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Para el desarrollo de The Landmark, GFA y Thor Urbana invertir\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 1,900 mdp; adem\u00e1s de que se generar\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 8,000 empleos<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Las desarrolladoras inmobiliarias <strong>GFA<\/strong> y <strong>Thor Urbana<\/strong> colocaron la primera piedra de su nuevo proyecto conjunto <strong>The Landmark Reserve<\/strong>, una torre residencial ubicada en el municipio de <strong>Zapopan<\/strong>, Jalisco.<\/p>\n<p>Este nuevo desarrollo, que se integra al complejo <strong>The Landmark <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/inaugura-thor-urbana-the-landmark-guadalajara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guadalajara<\/a><\/strong>, constar\u00e1 de 248 departamentos que van desde los 87 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) con una recamara, hasta Sky Residencies de m\u00e1s de 600 m\u00b2 o Penthouses de 429 metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, <strong>The Landmark Reserve<\/strong> ser\u00e1 el primero en incorporar el concepto <strong><em>Resort Living<\/em><\/strong> en la regi\u00f3n. Es decir, ofrecer\u00e1 a los habitantes de la torre todas las comodidades de un hotel de lujo en tres segmentos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reserve Experience<\/strong>. Contempla todos los servicios premium de un hotel, pero en la comodidad de la casa; como <em>concierge<\/em>, auto con chofer, <em>bellboy<\/em>, <em>valet parking<\/em>, entrenador personal, <em>pet care<\/em>, <em>health coach<\/em>, tintorer\u00eda, lavander\u00eda, entre otros.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reserve Club<\/strong>. Se trata de un club privado con m\u00e1s de 3,400 m\u00b2 de \u00e1reas de esparcimiento y amenidades que permitir\u00e1n a los habitantes gozar de una gran calidad de vida. Tales como cine, librer\u00eda, gimnasio, spa, <em>sky garden<\/em>, <em>yoga lounge<\/em>, parque de mascotas, <em>teens club,<\/em> <em>kids club<\/em>, <em>nails bar<\/em>, cava y <em>sports bar<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reserve Business<\/strong>. Ofrecer\u00e1 oficinas privadas dentro de la torre para el uso exclusivo de los residentes; quienes, adem\u00e1s, contar\u00e1n con la opci\u00f3n de adquirir estos espacios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cEstamos muy contentos de iniciar la construcci\u00f3n de <strong>The Landmark Reserve<\/strong>, un proyecto que marcar\u00e1 un nuevo est\u00e1ndar en la categor\u00eda residencial de alto lujo en Jalisco.
