Adem\u00e1s, por segundo a\u00f1o, el mercado de oficinas registr\u00f3 una reducci\u00f3n de un punto porcentual en la tasa de disponibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Estos resultados no representaron negativos, gracias al aumento de 24,000 m\u00b2 en el inventario, lo que concluy\u00f3 en un 22% de tasa de disponibilidad de espacios al t\u00e9rmino del trimestre. Por otra parte, la absorci\u00f3n neta registr\u00f3 3,130 m\u00b2, cifra mayor a la obtenida al 2T2021 y alcanz\u00f3 los 30,000 m\u00b2 en actividad de mercado.<\/p>\n<p>El submercado corporativo de la ciudad de Guadalajara, Puerta de Hierro, incremento de manera positiva durante el 3T2021, lo que suma 24,000 m\u00b2 de \u00e1rea rentable. Esto en consecuencia al inicio de operaciones de Dos Puntas Tower, que abarca el 32% de \u00e1rea rentable del mercado de la ciudad. Por otra parte, los corredores de Zona Financiera y Providencia, representaron el 21% y el 15%, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>El incremento en el submercado Puerta de Hierro fue de un 10.7% de ANR, equivalente a una actividad de 21,594 m\u00b2. Por otro lado, se observ\u00f3 una absorci\u00f3n neta de -3.124 m\u00b2, lo que implica una reducci\u00f3n de la tasa de disponibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Se espera un aumento en esta zona de la Ciudad,ya que, dentro de sus limites existen 43,420 m\u00b2 en construcci\u00f3n que se incorporan el siguiente a\u00f1o al mercado. Seguido de los corredores de Vallarte y Plaza del Sol, que aumentar\u00e1n el mercado con 41,395 m\u00b2 y 31,487 m\u00b2, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, los movimientos econ\u00f3micos del estado de Jalisco se vieron favorecidos en actividades terciarias con 0.5 por ciento. Mientras que, los sectores de actividades primarias y secundarias aumentaron en un 1% y 1.9%, respectivamente-<\/p>\n<p>Durante el mes de septiembre, el empleo por actividad econ\u00f3mica reflej\u00f3 un 24.6% en industria extractiva y el\u00e9ctrica, 19.1% en manufacturera y 10.3% en construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cCabe destacar que, en el tercer trimestre del a\u00f1o, Jalisco se ubic\u00f3 dentro de los estados con mayor crecimiento econ\u00f3mico, al ocupar el cuarto lugar nacional con un incremento de 2.2%, seg\u00fan el Instituto de Informaci\u00f3n Estad\u00edstica y Geogr\u00e1fica de Jalisco\u00bb, expres\u00f3 el analista de investigaci\u00f3n de mercados, Mauricio
