{"id":123180,"date":"2021-10-28T09:00:35","date_gmt":"2021-10-28T14:00:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=123180"},"modified":"2021-10-27T19:11:58","modified_gmt":"2021-10-28T00:11:58","slug":"ingresos-grupo-hotelero-santa-fe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/ingresos-grupo-hotelero-santa-fe\/","title":{"rendered":"Se recuperan ingresos de Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe durante el 3T2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El portafolio total del Grupo Hotelero sum\u00f3 5,964 habitaciones en operaci\u00f3n al cierre del 3T2021, una disminuci\u00f3n de 4.4% frente al mismo periodo de 2020<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al cierre del tercer trimestre de 2021 (3T2021), <strong>Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe<\/strong> report\u00f3 una <strong>recuperaci\u00f3n en sus <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/reporta-grupo-hotelero-santa-fe-caida-del-97-en-ingresos-del-2t2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ingresos<\/a><\/strong>, ya que \u00e9stos sumaron 462.8 millones de pesos (mdp); mientras que, en el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior, los ingresos totales fueron de 179.1 mdp.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Grupo Hotelero<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que dicha recuperaci\u00f3n fue gracias a los incrementos en los <strong>ingresos por habitaciones<\/strong>, por <strong>alimentos y bebidas<\/strong> y <strong>otros ingresos<\/strong> de hoteles; as\u00ed como por los <strong>honorarios de administraci\u00f3n<\/strong> de hoteles de terceros.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la <a href=\"https:\/\/gsf-hotels.com\/eng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">firma<\/a> indic\u00f3 que, gracias al aumento en los ingresos, la <strong>UAFIDA<\/strong> o <strong>flujo operativo<\/strong> en el 3T2021 ascendi\u00f3 a 103.3 mdp; en comparaci\u00f3n con la cifra negativa de 28.5 mdp en el 3T2020.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, de julio a septiembre de 2021, <strong>Grupo Hotelero Santa<\/strong> Fe registr\u00f3 una <strong>p\u00e9rdida neta<\/strong> de 62 mdp; que fue mayo a los 32 mdp registrados durante el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior. Mientras que la <strong>deuda neta<\/strong> present\u00f3 una raz\u00f3n de 10.4x.<\/p>\n<p>Al cierre del 3T2021, el portafolio total del <strong>Grupo Hotelero<\/strong> sum\u00f3 <strong>5,964 habitaciones<\/strong> en operaci\u00f3n en <strong>23 hoteles<\/strong>; lo que representa una disminuci\u00f3n de 4.4% frente a las 6,237 habitaciones del 3T2020.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, la compa\u00f1\u00eda cuenta con <strong>750 habitaciones en desarrollo<\/strong>, propias y de terceros. Las cuales incluyen 250 del hotel Hyatt Regency Insurgentes Mexico City; 168 del hotel AC by Marriot Distrito Armida; 32 del hotel Curio Collection Zacatecas y 300 del hotel Secrets Tulum Resort &amp; Spa. De esta manera, <strong>Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe<\/strong> tendr\u00e1 un portafolio total de <strong>27 hoteles y 6,714 habitaciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El
