{"id":122236,"date":"2021-09-30T09:00:13","date_gmt":"2021-09-30T14:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=122236"},"modified":"2021-09-29T19:37:42","modified_gmt":"2021-09-30T00:37:42","slug":"infonavit-trabajadores-outsourcing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/infonavit-trabajadores-outsourcing\/","title":{"rendered":"Registra Infonavit 350,000 nuevos trabajadores por reforma al outsourcing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Con este aumento, al 7 de septiembre de 2021, el Infonavit report\u00f3 un total de 20 millones 33,434 trabajadores registrados<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Del 30 de abril al 7 de septiembre de 2021 se registraron ante el <a href=\"https:\/\/portalmx.infonavit.org.mx\/wps\/portal\/infonavit.web\/trabajadores\/!ut\/p\/z1\/04_Sj9CPykssy0xPLMnMz0vMAfIjo8zizdwNDDycTQz9LHy8TQ0CDQK83Q28DAyDLQ30w_EqMDTQj6JEf6gRcfqNLAwM3J0MDP3cLTwsDBzdXD1dLX2MjdxDDYnTb4ADOFLofkuIfjzGh-tH4bUCFIJ4FYCCCKwAXxgQckVBbigQRBhkeqYrAgCc7fQu\/dz\/d5\/L2dJQSEvUUt3QS80TmxFL1o2XzI4MDBHQjAxTkc4SDgwQUZFSUU5TDMyRzEw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores<\/strong> <\/a>(<strong>Infonavit<\/strong>) <strong>354,503 nuevos trabajadores<\/strong>. Esto gracias a la <strong>reforma en materia de subcontrataci\u00f3n laboral<\/strong>, o <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2021\/04\/26\/reforma-al-outsourcing-traera-beneficios-a-los-derechohabientes-infonavit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>outsourcing<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, que entr\u00f3 en vigor el pasado 1 de septiembre.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa reciente reforma en materia de <strong>subcontrataci\u00f3n laboral<\/strong> (<strong><em>outsourcing<\/em><\/strong>) ha tra\u00eddo beneficios tangibles en la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos puestos de trabajo con los beneficios de la seguridad social y la recuperaci\u00f3n del empleo en M\u00e9xico, luego de la emergencia sanitaria por Covid 19\u201d, destac\u00f3 el Instituto.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el <strong>Infonavit<\/strong> explic\u00f3 que el incremento en el n\u00famero de trabajadores registrados se explica principalmente por las actividades econ\u00f3micas de <strong>Transporte y Comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> (+7.1%), <strong>Comercio<\/strong> (+4.1%), <strong>Construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> (+3.8%) y las industrias de la <strong>Transformaci\u00f3n<\/strong> (+2.3%).<\/p>\n<p>Con lo anterior, al 7 de septiembre de 2021, el <strong>Infonavit<\/strong> report\u00f3 un total de <strong>20 millones 333,434 trabajadores registrados<\/strong>; lo que representa el 99.3% del nivel que se ten\u00eda en febrero de 2020, previo a la emergencia sanitaria.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, al cierre de agosto, el n\u00famero de <strong>trabajadores asegurados ante el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social<\/strong> (<strong>IMSS<\/strong>) fue de <strong>20 millones 420,823<\/strong>; lo que representa una recuperaci\u00f3n de 99.1% de su nivel prepandemia.<\/p>\n<p>El 87.2% del total de los trabajadores son permanentes, lo que representa la participaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s alta de los \u00faltimos 11 a\u00f1os. El <strong>Infonavit<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que en el mes de agosto se registr\u00f3 una <strong>creaci\u00f3n de empleos formales<\/strong> r\u00e9cord, con 128,900 puestos de trabajo afiliados al IMSS; lo cual pudo deberse al efecto de sustituci\u00f3n patronal derivado de la <strong>reforma al<em> outsourcing<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con este
