{"id":121980,"date":"2023-02-21T18:40:34","date_gmt":"2023-02-22T00:40:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=121980"},"modified":"2023-03-29T00:57:56","modified_gmt":"2023-03-29T06:57:56","slug":"onu-habitat-curso-planeacion-territorial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/onu-habitat-curso-planeacion-territorial\/","title":{"rendered":"ONU-Habitat inaugura curso de planeaci\u00f3n territorial en el Sureste"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Durante la sesi\u00f3n inaugural del curso, Elkin Vel\u00e1squez imparti\u00f3 la conferencia \u2018Tren Maya, proyecto estrat\u00e9gico para el Sureste\u2019<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/onuhabitat.org.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ONU-Habitat<\/strong><\/a>, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el <strong>Instituto Nacional para el Federalismo y el Desarrollo Municipal <\/strong>(<strong>Inafed<\/strong>), la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano<\/strong> (<strong>Sedatu<\/strong>) y el <strong>Fondo Nacional de Fomento al Turismo<\/strong> (<strong>Fonatur<\/strong>), inaugur\u00f3 el curso \u2018<strong>Tren Maya: <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2021\/08\/26\/onu-habitat-lineamientos-sureste\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">planeaci\u00f3n territorial y urbana<\/a> en el Sureste<\/strong>\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>El curso se dirige a los <strong>funcionarios<\/strong> que se desempe\u00f1an dentro de las \u00e1reas afines al T<strong>ren Maya<\/strong>; tales como planeaci\u00f3n, desarrollo urbano, arquitectura, medio ambiente, movilidad, turismo y cultura.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9ste se desarrollar\u00e1 mediante <strong>seminarios virtuales<\/strong> a cargo de especialistas de <strong>ONU-Habitat <\/strong>y representantes del <strong>Fonatur<\/strong>, la <strong>Sedatu<\/strong> y la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales <\/strong>(<strong>Semarnat<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>El curso, que concluir\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 28 de octubre, constar\u00e1 de 60 horas, divididas en <strong>cinco m\u00f3dulos<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Marco normativo.<\/li>\n<li>Diagn\u00f3stico.<\/li>\n<li>Formulaci\u00f3n de planes.<\/li>\n<li>Implementaci\u00f3n, financiamiento y gesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Participaci\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n y monitoreo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n inaugural del curso, <strong>Elkin Vel\u00e1squez<\/strong>, <strong>representante regional de ONU-Habitat para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe<\/strong>, imparti\u00f3 la conferencia \u2018<strong>Tren Maya, proyecto estrat\u00e9gico para el Sureste<\/strong>\u2019. En la cual destac\u00f3 la importancia de los instrumentos de planeaci\u00f3n municipal para el desarrollo sustentable de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, mencion\u00f3 que la planeaci\u00f3n representa diversas ventajas para controlar el crecimiento y promover la econom\u00eda local; as\u00ed como para promover la participaci\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n para decidir un modelo de expansi\u00f3n acorde a las caracter\u00edsticas de cada municipio.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, en la sesi\u00f3n, <strong>V\u00edctor Hugo Hoffman<\/strong>, <strong>director general de Ordenamiento Territorial de la Sedatu<\/strong>, imparti\u00f3 la clase magistral \u2018La Estrategia Nacional de Ordenamiento Territorial y el Programa de Ordenamiento Territorial del
