{"id":121059,"date":"2021-08-25T17:13:23","date_gmt":"2021-08-25T22:13:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=121059"},"modified":"2021-08-25T17:13:23","modified_gmt":"2021-08-25T22:13:23","slug":"desarrollo-urbano-sustentable-fuz2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/desarrollo-urbano-sustentable-fuz2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Dialogan sobre el desarrollo urbano sustentable durante el FUZ2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El Foro Urbano Zapopan 2021 (FUZ2021) es organizado conjuntamente por la SRE, la Sedatu, la Universidad de Guadalajara y Centro Urbano<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El segundo d\u00eda de actividades del <strong>Foro Urbano Zapopan 2021<\/strong> (<strong>FUZ2021<\/strong>), que se lleva a cabo de forma h\u00edbrida desde el <strong>Conjunto Santander de Artes Esc\u00e9nicas<\/strong>, comenz\u00f3 con un bloque de conferencias dedicado a la <strong>gesti\u00f3n territorial<\/strong> y <strong>desarrollo urbano sustentable<\/strong> en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho bloque se inaugur\u00f3 con una charla de <strong>Adriana Lobo<\/strong>, <strong>directora ejecutiva del World Resources Institute M\u00e9xico<\/strong> (<strong>WRI<\/strong> <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong>); quien asegur\u00f3 que la baja en la demanda e ingresos del transporte p\u00fablico, a causa de la pandemia, representar\u00e1 una crisis para las ciudades en el futuro.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/adriana-lobo-1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-121069 \" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/adriana-lobo-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"420\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/adriana-lobo-1.jpg 1433w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/adriana-lobo-1-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/adriana-lobo-1-1000x599.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/adriana-lobo-1-768x460.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a>\n<p>Posteriormente, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el panel \u2018<strong>Seguridad y prevenci\u00f3n del delito en entornos urbanos<\/strong>\u2019, con la participaci\u00f3n de <strong>Javier Enamorado<\/strong>, alcalde del Municipio de Gracias, Honduras; <strong>Macarena Rau Vargas<\/strong>, presidenta Internacional de la Asociaci\u00f3n Prevenci\u00f3n del Delito a trav\u00e9s del Dise\u00f1o Ambiental (CPTED); y el <strong>coronel Max Campos<\/strong>, presidente de la CPTED Ecuador.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s tarde, <strong>Elkin Vel\u00e1squez<\/strong>, <strong>director de ONU-Habitat para Latinoam\u00e9rica y Caribe<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la pandemia por el Covid-19 evidenci\u00f3 la necesidad de atender la desigualdad social y el acceso a una vivienda digna; as\u00ed como la b\u00fasqueda de proyectos innovadores que favorezcan el desarrollo sostenible de las ciudades.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/elkin.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-121070 \" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/elkin.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"701\" height=\"397\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/elkin.jpg 1379w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/elkin-300x170.jpg 300w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/elkin-1000x566.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/elkin-768x435.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 701px) 100vw, 701px\" \/><\/a>\n<p>En el panel \u2018<strong>Legislaci\u00f3n territorial, urbana y ambiental en M\u00e9xico<\/strong>\u2019 participaron los legisladores <strong>Celenia Contreras Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, <strong>Carlos Morales V\u00e1zquez<\/strong> y <strong>Pilar Lozano Mac Donald<\/strong>; quienes coincidieron en que, desde distintos \u00e1mbitos, es imperativo trabajar conjuntamente para dise\u00f1ar ciudades m\u00e1s limpias, humanas e inclusivas.<\/p>\n<p>Este bloque tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de <strong>Sergio Mendoza Aguirre<\/strong>, director general de Fomento Ambiental, Urbano y Tur\u00edstico de la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (Semarnat); la <strong>diputada<\/strong> <strong>Ana Lilia Herrera Anzaldo<\/strong>; <strong>Federico Guti\u00e9rrez Zuluaga<\/strong>, ex alcalde de Medell\u00edn, Colombia; y <strong>Plutarco Garc\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong>, director del Registro Agrario Nacional (RAN).<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, el IV bloque de conferencias del <strong>FUZ2021<\/strong> comenz\u00f3 con el panel \u2018<strong>El presente y el futuro de las ciudades en Am\u00e9rica Latina <\/strong>I\u2019. Nuestras ciudades son expresi\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n agravante de las desigualdades\u201d, expres\u00f3 <strong>Saball<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, en el panel \u2018<strong>El presente y el futuro de las ciudades en Am\u00e9rica Latina II\u2019<\/strong>, <strong>In\u00eas Magalha\u0113s<\/strong>, consultora de ONU-Habitat; y <strong>Mercedes Di Virgilio<\/strong>, acad\u00e9mica de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, aseveraron que la producci\u00f3n de vivienda se ha pensado de manera aislada; sin embargo, es necesario pensar en producir ciudad y no s\u00f3lo vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>En este bloque del <strong>FUZ2021<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n participaron <strong>Martim Smolka<\/strong>, director del Programa para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe del Lincoln Institute of Land Policy; <strong>Claudio Acioly<\/strong>, Arquitecto y Urbanista brasile\u00f1o; <strong>Alfonso Iracheta Cenecorta<\/strong>, acad\u00e9mico del Colegio Mexiquense; <strong>Ignacio Kunz Bola\u00f1os<\/strong>, acad\u00e9mico de la Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico (UNAM), entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>FUZ2021<\/strong> se lleva a cabo del 23 al 27 de agosto de 2021, bajo la organizaci\u00f3n conjunta de la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Relaciones Exteriores<\/strong> (<strong>SRE<\/strong>); la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y
