(Anuvac), lleva 15 a\u00f1os mejorando el r\u00e9gimen de actividad de las Unidades de Valuaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de propiciar el crecimiento ordenado de la valuaci\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico; cuenta con reconocimiento a nivel nacional e internacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As\u00ed mismo, mantiene convenios <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">con distintas instituciones como INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, SHF, RUV, CONAVI, AMPI, FECOVAL e instituciones hom\u00f3logas en Espa\u00f1a y Argentina.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La Anuvac promueve las mejores pr\u00e1cticas en la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de valuaci\u00f3n requeridos por las instituciones financieras, adem\u00e1s, participa con las autoridades e instituciones financieras e hipotecarias en la elaboraci\u00f3n y propuesta de los lineamientos que regulan la pr\u00e1ctica valuatoria de las Unidades de Valuaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La Asociaci\u00f3n promueve la capacitaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n profesional, as\u00ed como la revisi\u00f3n de Normas y lineamientos t\u00e9cnicos y metodolog\u00edas aplicables a las Unidades de Valuaci\u00f3n y los Valuadores Profesionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adem\u00e1s, contribuye desde su actividad al desarrollo del mercado hipotecario y financiero como elementos motores de la actividad econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds e integra a las Empresas de Valuaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importantes del sector en M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Actualmente, promueve la creaci\u00f3n y evoluci\u00f3n de una C\u00e1mara Empresarial que represente al sector de la Valuaci\u00f3n para desarrollar al mercado hipotecario y financiero del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los servicios de valuaci\u00f3n contribuyen con el desarrollo del mercado hipotecario y financiero La Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Unidades de Valuaci\u00f3n A.C.
