{"id":118657,"date":"2021-06-18T10:00:37","date_gmt":"2021-06-18T15:00:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=118657"},"modified":"2021-06-21T13:40:19","modified_gmt":"2021-06-21T18:40:19","slug":"gfa-presenta-avenue-napoles-un-innovador-desarrollo-residencial-en-cdmx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/gfa-presenta-avenue-napoles-un-innovador-desarrollo-residencial-en-cdmx\/","title":{"rendered":"GFA presenta &#8216;Avenue N\u00e1poles&#8217;, un innovador desarrollo residencial en CDMX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Avenue N\u00e1poles es un proyecto con m\u00e1s de 33,000 metros cuadrados de construcci\u00f3n, <\/em><em>se conforma por 146 unidades de vivienda y cuenta con una inversi\u00f3n de 70 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><!--more--><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La empresa de desarrollo inmobiliario, <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/02\/04\/gfa-apuesta-por-reinventar-al-sector-inmobiliario\/\"><strong>GFA<\/strong><\/a> present\u00f3 <em><strong>Avenue N\u00e1poles<\/strong><\/em>, su m\u00e1s reciente proyecto residencial en la <strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>; el nuevo inmueble se ubica en el coraz\u00f3n de la <a href=\"http:\/\/data.fmpt.cdmx.gob.mx\/marca\/conoce-cdmx-napoles.html\"><strong>colonia N\u00e1poles<\/strong><\/a>, y<strong> busca redefinir<\/strong> con su oferta un <strong>nuevo concepto<\/strong> de <strong>calidad de vida <\/strong>y <strong>bienestar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da acuerdo con la compa\u00f1\u00eda, el <strong>master plan<\/strong> del proyecto consta de <strong>tres torres<\/strong> que en total representan <strong>146\u00a0 unidades<\/strong> <strong>de vivienda<\/strong>, las cuales van desde los <strong>85 metros cuadrados<\/strong>, hasta los <strong>160 metros cuadrados<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, detall\u00f3 que las unidades tienen <strong>distintas orientaciones<\/strong> y <strong>cuentan<\/strong> con <strong>una<\/strong>, <strong>dos<\/strong> o hasta <strong>tres<\/strong> <strong>habitaciones<\/strong>; adem\u00e1s cada <strong>departamento<\/strong> cuentan con <strong>terraza propia<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se encuentran disponibles <strong>penthouses<\/strong> con <strong>roof garden privado<\/strong> y <strong>garden houses<\/strong> con <strong>jard\u00edn privado<\/strong>.
