Esta cifra, representa que el n\u00famero de unidades con alguna carencia se redujo en casi un mill\u00f3n, es decir casi 10%, pues la \u00faltima cifra oficial ubic\u00f3 al rezago en <strong>9.4 millones de viviendas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el estudio que <strong>actualiza las cifras del rezago en M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, elaborado por <strong>Conavi<\/strong>, 26.6% de la poblaci\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds vive en rezago. El fen\u00f3nemo, destac\u00f3 la dependencia, se concentra en el <strong>centro<\/strong> y <strong>sur<\/strong> del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Te podr\u00eda interesar:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2019\/12\/10\/viviendas-rezago-afiliadas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>70% del rezago habitacional son familias no afiliadas: Meyer Falc\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>El an\u00e1lisis puntualiza que hay entidades en las que m\u00e1s de la mitad de las viviendas particulares habitadas se encuentran en condiciones de rezago<\/strong>. Como es el caso del 68.2% de las viviendas en Chiapas, 59.4% de Tabasco, 53.2% de Oaxaca y 51.5% de Guerrero. Las entidades de Veracruz, Campeche y Baja California cuentan con m\u00e1s de 40% del total de sus viviendas en condici\u00f3n de rezago habitacional\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la Sedatu en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<h2>Mejoras y ampliaci\u00f3n, lo que m\u00e1s se necesita<\/h2>\n<p>Las autoridades detallaron que las 8.5 millones de viviendas consideradas en rezago, registran alguna carencia como la falta de servicios o deficiencias en la calidad de materiales; as\u00ed como hacinamiento. En ese sentido, la autoridad detall\u00f3 que <strong>71.6% de las viviendas en condici\u00f3n de rezago requieren una soluci\u00f3n de mejoramiento<\/strong>; 16.3% deben ser sustituidas y <strong>12.1% de una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/133025563392728\/videos\/455857178878617\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ampliaci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEsto quiere decir que 83.7% del rezago necesita de la mejora o la ampliaci\u00f3n del patrimonio que las personas ya habitan\u201d, detall\u00f3 Sedatu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La dependencia se\u00f1al\u00f3 en el documento que los <strong>bajos salarios de las familias<\/strong> es uno de los principales factores que <strong>provocan el rezago habitacional<\/strong>, principalmente, al limitar las <strong>opciones para adquirir vivienda<\/strong>. En ese sentido, detall\u00f3, <strong>69.10% de los hogares recibe menos de cinco veces el valor de la Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> (UMA) mensual vigente.<\/p>\n<h2>Metodolog\u00eda<\/h2>\n<p>La Sedatu explic\u00f3 que la metodolog\u00eda de rezago habitacional de la Conavi calcula el <strong>n\u00famero de viviendas con d\u00e9ficit considerando la habitabilidad de vivienda adecuada<\/strong>; es decir, la calidad de los materiales, hacinamiento y la disponibilidad de servicio sanitario. Adem\u00e1s, para este ejercicio, tom\u00f3 como punto de partida las cifras presentadas en el \u00faltimo <strong>Censo de Poblaci\u00f3n y Vivienda del Inegi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Te podr\u00eda interesar: <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2021\/01\/25\/hacinamiento-en-viviendas-bajo-en-la-ultima-decada-estima-inegi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hacinamiento en viviendas baj\u00f3 en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, estima Inegi<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSe considera que la <strong>vivienda adecuada<\/strong>, eje de la pol\u00edtica actual, debe contar con los siguientes siete elementos: seguridad en la tenencia de la tierra; disponibilidad de servicios, materiales, instalaciones e infraestructura; asequibilidad, habitabilidad, accesibilidad, ubicaci\u00f3n y adecuaci\u00f3n cultural\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, indic\u00f3 Sedatu, se considera relevante que el <strong>Inegi modifique los par\u00e1metros para la elaboraci\u00f3n de los censos<\/strong>. Espec\u00edficamente, apunt\u00f3, es necesario integrar variables que permitan cuantificar carencias en materia de ubicaci\u00f3n, adecuaci\u00f3n cultural, habitabilidad, seguridad de la tenencia, accesibilidad, asequibilidad y disponibilidad de servicios de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<h2>El reto del rezago habitacional<\/h2>\n<p>Cabe destacar que las cifras del rezago habitacional han ido a la baja en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Por ejemplo, en 2018, la Coneval report\u00f3, a trav\u00e9s del Estudio Diagn\u00f3stico de la Vivienda, que el rezago habitacional alcanzaba las <strong>14 millones de viviendas en M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Esta cifra se modific\u00f3 con la llegada de la actual administraci\u00f3n. Y es que, hasta finales de 2020, la Sedatu sostuvo que el rezago habitacional alcanzaba las 9.4 millones de vivienda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>83% del rezago habitacional
