{"id":116439,"date":"2021-05-05T09:00:50","date_gmt":"2021-05-05T14:00:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=116439"},"modified":"2021-05-04T19:44:57","modified_gmt":"2021-05-05T00:44:57","slug":"construccion-aifa-shcp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/construccion-aifa-shcp\/","title":{"rendered":"Construcci\u00f3n del AIFA tiene avance del 56%: SHCP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Por otro lado, la construcci\u00f3n del Tren Maya report\u00f3 un avance del 12.5% en el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o; mientras que en diciembre del 2020 ten\u00eda un avance del 0.2%<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/shcp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>SHCP<\/strong><\/a>) inform\u00f3 que, al cierre del primer trimestre de 2021 (1T20201), los trabajos de construcci\u00f3n del <strong>Aeropuerto Internacional Felipe \u00c1ngeles<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2021\/02\/26\/precio-viviendas-santa-lucia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>AIFA<\/strong><\/a>) cuentan con un avance del 56%; mientras que en diciembre de 2020 el avance era del 46 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la dependencia destac\u00f3 que el <strong>costo de la obra<\/strong> disminuy\u00f3, pues en 2019, el proyecto, la interconexi\u00f3n con el Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (AICM) y la reubicaci\u00f3n de instalaciones militares implicaban un costo de 91,977.8 millones de pesos (mdp). No obstante, en 2020 se modific\u00f3 el presupuesto, para ubicarse en 82,136.1 mdp.<\/p>\n<p>Al cierre del 1T2021, la construcci\u00f3n del <strong>AIFA<\/strong> tiene un costo de 84,956.1 mdp, un aumento del 3.4 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la <strong>SHCP<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 del avance en la construcci\u00f3n del <strong>Tren Maya<\/strong>, que al cierre del 1T2021 fue de 12.5%; mientras que en diciembre del 2020 ten\u00eda un avance de apenas 0.2 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>La dependencia agreg\u00f3 que el <strong>costo total del proyecto<\/strong> se increment\u00f3 en dos ocasiones en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o; debido a diferentes modificaciones t\u00e9cnicas.<\/p>\n<p>En enero de 2020, cuando el <strong>Tren Maya<\/strong> se registr\u00f3 en la cartera de proyectos de la <strong>SHCP<\/strong>, ten\u00eda un presupuesto de 139,072.4 mdp; mientras que para el 2T2020 alcanz\u00f3 los 156,000.4 mdp, un aumento del 12.2%. Al cierre de marzo de 2021, la inversi\u00f3n total pas\u00f3 a 161,356.4 mdp, un aumento del 16% respecto al costo inicial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por otro lado, la construcci\u00f3n del Tren Maya report\u00f3 un avance del 12.5% en el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o;
