Con los resultados del \u00cdndice de Rezago Social 2020, en M\u00e9xico ahora se cuenta con 20 a\u00f1os de informaci\u00f3n sobre el tema. <\/em><\/p>\n

El Consejo Nacional de Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica de Desarrollo Social<\/strong><\/a> (Coneval), dio a conocer los resultados de las estimaciones correspondientes al a\u00f1o 2020 del \u00cdndice de Rezago Social<\/strong> (IRS) a nivel entidad federativa, municipal y por localidad.<\/p>\n

La instituci\u00f3n indic\u00f3 que, con los resultados del IRS de 2020, ahora se cuenta con 20 a\u00f1os de informaci\u00f3n<\/strong> sobre el rezago social en M\u00e9xico. Destac\u00f3 que el Consejo ha publicado informaci\u00f3n del IRS para los a\u00f1os 2000, 2005, 2010 y 2015<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, el Coneval detall\u00f3 cu\u00e1l ha sido la fuente de consulta para generar sus estimaciones a lo largo de este periodo y cu\u00e1les han sido los datos que el \u00edndice a logrado proporcionar a la ciudadan\u00eda:<\/p>\n

\u00abPara 2000, 2010 y 2020 la informaci\u00f3n se retom\u00f3 de fuentes censales del INEGI, mientras que para 2005 se utiliz\u00f3 el conteo de poblaci\u00f3n y vivienda; para 2015 se utilizaron los datos de la Encuesta Intercensal (EI) 2015, tambi\u00e9n del INEGI. Las fuentes de datos proporcionan informaci\u00f3n a nivel nacional, entidad federativa y municipal para los a\u00f1os 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015 y 2020; y a nivel localidad para los a\u00f1os 2000, 2005, 2010 y 2020\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Para esta medici\u00f3n, el Coneval tom\u00f3 en cuenta los indicadores de rezago educativo<\/strong>; el acceso a los servicios de salud<\/strong>; los servicios b\u00e1sicos en la vivienda<\/strong> y los bienes del hogar<\/strong>. La instituci\u00f3n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la estimaci\u00f3n de los indicadores del IRS est\u00e1n asociados a algunas de las dimensiones de la medici\u00f3n multidimensional de la pobreza<\/strong> establecidas en el art\u00edculo 36<\/strong> de la Ley General de Desarrollo Social<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Los resultados<\/h4>\n

De las 32 entidades federativas<\/strong>, cuatro se encontraron en un grado muy alto <\/strong>de rezago social, mientras que\u00a0otras cuatro presentaron un \u00edndice alto.\u00a0<\/strong>Asimismo, fueron cuatro los estados que se colocaron en un nivel muy bajo <\/strong>y seis en un nivel medio<\/strong>. El \u00cdndice expus\u00f3 que la mayor parte de las entidades (14<\/strong>) se encuentran en un nivel bajo<\/strong> de rezago social.<\/p>\n

Las cuatro entidades con mayor rezago social fueron Chiapas, Oaxaca, Guerrero, Veracruz y Puebla<\/strong>. Mientras que las cuatro entidades con menor rezago social fueron Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Coahuila, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Aguascalientes y Colima<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Municipios<\/h4>\n

Por otra parte, de los 2,469<\/strong> municipios que hay a lo largo del pa\u00eds, solo 152<\/strong> municipios, que representan 6.2%<\/strong> del total, mostraron un grado muy alto<\/strong> de rezago social; en tanto que 677<\/strong> (27.4% del total) presentaron muy bajo rezago social<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Los municipios con mayor rezago social fueron Batopilas de Manuel G\u00f3mez Mor\u00edn<\/strong> en Chihuahua, Mezquital<\/strong> en Durango, Del Nayar<\/strong> en Nayarit, Cochoapa el Grande<\/strong> en Guerrero, Mezquitic<\/strong> en Jalisco, Chalchihuit\u00e1n y Sital\u00e1<\/strong> en Chiapas, San Jos\u00e9 Tenango<\/strong> en Oaxaca, Urique<\/strong> en Chihuahua y Mixtla de Altamirano<\/strong> en Veracruz.<\/p>\n

En este sentido, las demarcaciones territoriales o los municipios con menor rezago social fueron Benito Ju\u00e1rez<\/strong> en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico; Apodaca<\/strong> en Nuevo Le\u00f3n; Coacalco de Berrioz\u00e1bal<\/strong> en el Estado de M\u00e9xico; San Nicol\u00e1s de los Garza<\/strong> en Nuevo Le\u00f3n; Coyoac\u00e1n y Miguel Hidalgo<\/strong> en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico; Cuautitl\u00e1n<\/strong> en el Estado de M\u00e9xico; Guadalupe<\/strong> en Nuevo Le\u00f3n; Cuauht\u00e9moc y Azcapotzalco<\/strong> en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

Localidades<\/h4>\n

A su vez, el Coneval mostr\u00f3 que en 2020 108 de 149 localidades<\/strong> contaban con informaci\u00f3n de rezago social, de las cuales 7,741<\/strong> localidades estaban en muy alto rezago social<\/strong>, lo que representa cerca del 7.2% del total<\/strong> de localidades; mientras que 17,292<\/strong> localidades, que representan 16.0%<\/strong> del total, mostraron muy bajo<\/strong> rezago social.<\/p>\n

Respecto a las localidades, se encontr\u00f3 que, para 2020 las localidades con el IRS m\u00e1s alto fueron: El Sabino<\/strong>, Sinaloa; Sicochi<\/strong>, Chihuahua; La Guacamaya<\/strong>, Durango; San Jer\u00f3nimo<\/strong>, Chiapas; Las Cruces<\/strong>, Nayarit; La Mesa de Papante, El Chalate, Rinc\u00f3n de Vinateros, El Rinc\u00f3n Grande, y Las Higueras, as\u00ed como Mesa de Remisacachi y La Ag\u00fcita<\/strong>, en Chihuahua.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n, se identificaron 86 localidades<\/strong> que presentan el valor m\u00ednimo<\/strong> de IRS y que, en consecuencia, cuentan con un grado de rezago social muy bajo. De estas, Baja California cuenta con 16 localidades<\/strong> en un nivel muy bajo de IRS, mientras que entidades como Campeche o Chiapas<\/strong>, registran solamente una localidad<\/strong> con IRS bajo.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo, el Coneval<\/strong>\u00a0dijo estar comprometido con la generaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n que permita a mejorar las pol\u00edticas sociales<\/strong> en M\u00e9xico, por lo que seguir\u00e1 mejorando su modelo del IRS\u00a0 y pr\u00f3ximamente publicar\u00e1 un \u00cdndice de Rezago Social comparable<\/strong> que permita cotejar su valor en el tiempo,<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
