{"id":116042,"date":"2021-04-26T08:00:09","date_gmt":"2021-04-26T13:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=116042"},"modified":"2021-04-26T03:04:27","modified_gmt":"2021-04-26T08:04:27","slug":"reforma-al-outsourcing-traera-beneficios-a-los-derechohabientes-infonavit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/reforma-al-outsourcing-traera-beneficios-a-los-derechohabientes-infonavit\/","title":{"rendered":"Reforma al outsourcing traer\u00e1 beneficios a los derechohabientes: Infonavit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La reforma para regular la figura del outsourcing o subcontrataci\u00f3n, traer\u00e1 consigo beneficios tangibles para las personas que laboren bajo este esquema<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/em><\/p>\n<p>El Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.infonavit.org.mx\"><strong>Infonavit<\/strong><\/a>) asegura que la aprobaci\u00f3n de la reforma para regular la figura del <strong>outsourcing<\/strong> o subcontrataci\u00f3n, traer\u00e1 consigo<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2021\/04\/07\/aportaciones-al-infonavit-crecerian-2-8-mdp-con-cambios-en-outsourcing\/\"><strong> beneficios tangibles<\/strong><\/a> para las personas que laboren bajo este esquema.<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, la instituci\u00f3n subray\u00f3 que esto<strong> proteger\u00e1 los derechos<\/strong> de las y los derechohabientes, con lo que se asegurar\u00e1 que tengan una pensi\u00f3n digna para su retiro y logren construir un patrimonio de calidad para sus familias, a trav\u00e9s del pago puntual de las cuotas y aportaciones patronales.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el Infonavit anunci\u00f3 que, tras la reforma, se llevar\u00e1n a cabo una serie de <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2021\/04\/16\/infonavit-aprueba-las-reglas-de-operacion-de-su-reforma\/\"><strong>modificaciones<\/strong><\/a> a los art\u00edculos <strong>29 y 29 Bis<\/strong> de la <strong>Ley del Infonavit<\/strong>, que buscar\u00e1n fortalecer las <strong>facultades de fiscalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> del Instituto, a trav\u00e9s de las siguientes acciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cada cuatro meses, las empresas que operen el outsourcing \u2013bajo el esquema de servicios especializados\u2013 tendr\u00e1n que informar al Instituto sobre el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones.<\/li>\n<li>Cada seis meses, el Instituto tendr\u00e1 que notificar a la Secretar\u00eda de Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (STPS) cualquier incumplimiento que detecte. Ante cualquier omisi\u00f3n, este aviso podr\u00e1 darse de manera inmediata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Beneficios<\/h4>\n<p>Asimismo, la instituci\u00f3n tripartita enlist\u00f3 los beneficios m\u00e1s importantes que, tras la reforma, obtendr\u00e1n los derechohabientes y el propio Infonavit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">El cumplimiento de las cuotas patronales permitir\u00e1 que las personas alcancen el puntaje de precalificaci\u00f3n para solicitar un cr\u00e9dito en menos tiempo, obtengan un mayor monto de financiamiento y adquieran una casa de mayor valor y mejor ubicaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Se prev\u00e9 que 870,000 personas contratadas bajo la figura del outsourcing reciban un <strong>aumento del 10%<\/strong> de su salario actual, debido a que \u2013de acuerdo con cifras del IMSS\u2014, reciben un menor salario al que deber\u00edan percibir.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">El Infonavit podr\u00eda recaudar hasta <strong>2,800 millones<\/strong> de pesos m\u00e1s al a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Afectaciones del outsourcing<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El Instituto tambi\u00e9n detall\u00f3 que, de acuerdo a los datos con los que cuenta, se puede afirmar que los trabajadores contratados bajo la figura de outsourcing ilegal <strong>tardan m\u00e1s tiempo<\/strong> en adquirir y pagar un cr\u00e9dito de vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a esto, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que su prioridad son los trabajadores y sus familias, por lo que inst\u00f3 a los derechohabientes a <strong>denunciar<\/strong> cualquier anomal\u00eda. La denuncias, dijo \u00abpermiten que el \u00e1rea de Recaudaci\u00f3n Fiscal del Instituto realice la investigaci\u00f3n pertinente, y gestione la<strong> devoluci\u00f3n de los recursos<\/strong> que les pertenecen\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, el Infonavit indic\u00f3 que, para evitar inconsistencias que da\u00f1en el ahorro de su <strong>Subcuenta de Vivienda<\/strong>, las personas pueden ingresar al portal del <strong>IMSS<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.imss.gob.mx\">http:\/\/www.imss.gob.mx<\/a>) \u2013con su correo electr\u00f3nico y CURP\u2013 para consultar el <strong>reporte de semanas cotizadas<\/strong>, as\u00ed como su salario diario integrado.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de registrar una anomal\u00eda, el instituto indic\u00f3 que los afectados pueden acudir al<strong> Centro de Servicio<\/strong> (Cesi) que le corresponda o comunicarse al <strong>buz\u00f3n de denuncias<\/strong> en la p\u00e1gina<a href=\"http:\/\/www.infonavit.org.mx\">
