{"id":115664,"date":"2021-04-12T09:00:48","date_gmt":"2021-04-12T14:00:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=115664"},"modified":"2021-04-09T22:40:30","modified_gmt":"2021-04-10T03:40:30","slug":"bim-construccion-viviendas-noreste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/bim-construccion-viviendas-noreste\/","title":{"rendered":"Proyecta BIM financiar construcci\u00f3n de 1,300 viviendas en el noreste"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El BIM se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, pese a la pandemia, en 2020 se logr\u00f3 la colocaci\u00f3n de 880 millones de pesos en firmas de cr\u00e9dito empresarial en la regi\u00f3n noreste del pa\u00eds<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Para este 2021, el <strong>Banco Inmobiliario Mexicano<\/strong> (<strong>BIM<\/strong>) proyecta la firma de cr\u00e9ditos por 1,028 millones de pesos (mdp) en la regi\u00f3n noreste del pa\u00eds, conformada por <strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>Coahuila<\/strong>, <strong>Tamaulipas<\/strong> y <strong>Durango<\/strong>; la cual es una de las zonas que presenta mayor actividad en temas de construcci\u00f3n y vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior representa un incremento del 17% con respecto a 2020; y, con ello, se espera financiar proyectos para la <strong>construcci\u00f3n de 1,300 viviendas<\/strong> en la regi\u00f3n. De esta manera, el <strong>BIM<\/strong> espera crecer en 825 millones en la regi\u00f3n; lo que corresponde a un incremento del 13 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa importancia de la regi\u00f3n se debe en gran medida a que <strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong> genera el 8% del PIB nacional y en las actividades secundarias; ya que es donde se encuentran las relacionadas a la construcci\u00f3n y es el primer lugar a nivel nacional con un 9.8%. Esto influye en la decisi\u00f3n de invertir por parte de los constructores; quienes reaccionan ante una mayor necesidad de bienes inmuebles por el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 <strong>Rodrigo Padilla<\/strong>, <strong>director general del BIM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos del <strong>Registro \u00danico de Vivienda<\/strong> (<strong>RUV<\/strong>), en esta zona del pa\u00eds, la vivienda de entre 45 y 60 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) representa el tama\u00f1o con mayor participaci\u00f3n en <strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, con el 57.2%. Asimismo, este tama\u00f1o de vivienda representa el 44.5% del total en <strong>Coahuila<\/strong>, 59.1% en <strong>Tamaulipas<\/strong> y 69.2% en <strong>Durango<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, la <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2021\/02\/24\/desarrolladoras-vivienda-economica-bim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vivienda<\/a> en el rango de los 312,000 y 925,000 pesos cuenta con la mayor participaci\u00f3n en toda la regi\u00f3n. En <strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, la vivienda popular y tradicional participan con el 91.4%; 81.6% en <strong>Coahuila<\/strong>, 96.9% en <strong>Tamaulipas<\/strong> y 94.6% en <strong>Durango<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>BIM<\/strong> se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, pese a la pandemia, en 2020 se logr\u00f3 llegar a 695 mdp en captaci\u00f3n y una colocaci\u00f3n de 880 mdp en firmas de cr\u00e9dito empresarial; as\u00ed como un incremento de 4% y 21% en los ingresos por comisiones de cr\u00e9dito y aval\u00faos, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la captaci\u00f3n en la regi\u00f3n increment\u00f3 28% con respecto a 2019, pasando de 543 a 695 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El BIM se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, pese a la pandemia, en
