Tlaxcala.- Los secretarios de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano, Jorge Carlos Ram\u00edrez Mar\u00edn, y de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Emilio Chuayffet Chemor, entregaron documentos y firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n para regularizar la propiedad de los terrenos en donde se encuentran planteles educativos en todo el pa\u00eds.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Esta es la primera vez en la historia que se realiza un programa de tal naturaleza, el cual permitir\u00e1 dar certeza jur\u00eddica a la propiedad de la tierra de escuelas ubicadas en m\u00e1s de 16 mil n\u00facleos ejidales.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Las \u00e1reas responsables de ejecutar este programa son el Registro Agrario Nacional (RAN), encabezado por Manuel Ignacio Acosta Guti\u00e9rrez, y la Procuradur\u00eda Agraria (PA), cuyo titular es Cruz L\u00f3pez Aguilar.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Durante este evento, el gobernador de Tlaxcala, Mariano Gonz\u00e1lez Zarur, y el secretario de Educaci\u00f3n de Puebla, Jorge Cruz Berm\u00fadez, en representaci\u00f3n del gobernador, Rafael Moreno Valle, recibieron 816 t\u00edtulos de propiedad para igual n\u00famero de planteles en ambas entidades, los cuales ocupan una superficie cercana a los 3 millones de metros cuadrados.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">El valor de la superficie y la infraestructura regularizada es de mil 470 millones de pesos con lo que se beneficiar\u00e1 a 71 mil 261 alumnos de preescolar, primaria, secundaria y bachillerato.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">El titular de SEDATU, Jorge Carlos Ram\u00edrez Mar\u00edn, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la firma de este convenio que se celebra con la SEP, porque de esta manera se garantiza que el patrimonio de los planteles educativos le pertenezca a los estados. &amp;#8220Como si fuera una casa, el pa\u00eds se va poniendo en orden&amp;#8221, dijo.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Asegur\u00f3 que la certeza y legalidad tienen que comenzar con el t\u00edtulo de propiedad y las escuelas tienen derecho a saber que son las propietarias del terreno en el que est\u00e1n ubicadas; a su vez, los gobiernos locales tienen ahora la certeza de que estas escuelas son patrimonio de los estados.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Explic\u00f3 que de los documentos entregados, 217 t\u00edtulos son para planteles de preescolar, 312 son para primarias, 133 para secundaria y 11 para bachillerato.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">El secretario de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Emilio Chuayffet Chemor, destac\u00f3 el avance de la Reforma Educativa puesta en marcha por el Presidente Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto, y el papel de maestros, alumnos y padres de familia.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">&amp;#8220No s\u00f3lo es la firma de un convenio; la uni\u00f3n y la organizaci\u00f3n son factores indispensables para concretar una acci\u00f3n liberadora bajo la certeza de seguir moviendo a M\u00e9xico&amp;#8221.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Dijo que no basta la calidad, la cobertura, los nuevos modelos de educaci\u00f3n, ni la profesionalizaci\u00f3n en el servicio docente: hay que tener los t\u00edtulos de propiedad en las manos.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Los padres de familia ver\u00e1n en cada uno de estos lugares, que sus hijos tendr\u00e1n el derecho a una educaci\u00f3n con calidad y la posibilidad de construir una vida mejor, acot\u00f3.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">El director en Jefe del RAN, Manuel Ignacio Acosta Guti\u00e9rrez, destac\u00f3 la importancia de este evento, al se\u00f1alar que existen actualmente planteles educativos en juicio, porque las parcelas que fueron prestadas pasaron a dominio pleno, lo cual es lamentable porque se trata de un patrimonio que nos ha costado a todos los
