{"id":115348,"date":"2021-03-31T08:30:14","date_gmt":"2021-03-31T14:30:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=115348"},"modified":"2021-03-30T19:29:32","modified_gmt":"2021-03-31T01:29:32","slug":"gcdmx-zona-industrial-vallejo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/gcdmx-zona-industrial-vallejo\/","title":{"rendered":"Con 3.5 mdp, el GCDMX repotencia la Zona Industrial de Vallejo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Asimismo, en la zona de Vallejo se crear\u00e1n corredores comerciales y de servicios complementarios para la industria como oficinas, despachos contables y restaurantes <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo<\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jefaturadegobierno.cdmx.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jefa de Gobierno<\/a> de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que, como parte del proyecto \u2018<strong>Vallejo-i<\/strong>. <strong>Industria e innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u2019, se destina una inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica de <strong>1,000 millones de pesos<\/strong> (mdp); as\u00ed como de <strong>2,499 mdp<\/strong> por parte de la iniciativa privada. Esto con el objetivo de impulsar el desarrollo industrial sustentable de la zona de <strong>Vallejo<\/strong>, en la alcald\u00eda Azcapotzalco.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho programa contempla acciones para repotenciar el <strong>sector industrial<\/strong> y mejorar la <strong>infraestructura p\u00fablica<\/strong>; as\u00ed como para brindar <strong>vivienda accesible<\/strong> a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La mandataria explic\u00f3 que se pretende potenciar la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/02\/17\/avanza-plan-para-revitalizar-zona-industrial-de-vallejo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">zona industrial<\/a> de Vallejo<\/strong> mediante la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica y privada; a fin de mejorar la infraestructura urbana y fomentar diversas \u00e1reas econ\u00f3micas que permitan contribuir a la calidad ambiental, generar empleos y potenciar el desarrollo de la metr\u00f3poli.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLo que nosotros queremos es mantener la <strong>zona industrial de Vallejo<\/strong>, potenciarla a trav\u00e9s de <strong>industria limpia<\/strong>. Es decir, que no genere contaminaci\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica, contaminaci\u00f3n del agua, que reduzca el consumo del agua, sino que al rev\u00e9s se vuelva tambi\u00e9n parte de una econ\u00f3mica circular de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico; es decir, que genera riqueza a trav\u00e9s de la propia mejora ambiental de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la <strong>directora general de Desarrollo Urbano y Servicios Urbanos de Azcapotzalco<\/strong>, <strong>Janet de Luna Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que el <strong>Programa Parcial de Desarrollo Urbano de Vallejo<\/strong>, parte de \u2018Vallejo-i\u2019, tiene como objetivo establecer el ordenamiento territorial de la zona industrial de Vallejo en t\u00e9rminos de sus usos de suelo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs un programa que busca ratificar que la vocaci\u00f3n principal de Vallejo es industrial; es m\u00e1s o menos el 65% de la superficie de nuestro pol\u00edgono. Y lo que hicimos tambi\u00e9n fue flexibilizar los usos espec\u00edficos, los giros espec\u00edficos de las industrias que se pueden instalar en Vallejo para tratar de atraer <strong>industrias m\u00e1s modernas<\/strong>, de mayor contenido tecnol\u00f3gico y que generen mejores empleos\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n se busca la creaci\u00f3n de <strong>corredores comerciales y de servicios<\/strong> complementarios para la industria; tales como oficinas, despachos contables, restaurantes, entre otros. Mismos que requieren las empresas para mejorar la calidad de vida de sus trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se tiene el objetivo de ofrecer <strong>vivienda asequible<\/strong> para los trabajadores, construida bajo esquemas de sustentabilidad en los corredores de Calzada Vallejo y Azcapotzalco-La Villa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asimismo, en la zona de Vallejo se
