Esta vez, para garantizar el \u00e9xito de la operaci\u00f3n, la firma anunci\u00f3 una fusi\u00f3n con <strong>BowX Acquisition,\u00a0<\/strong>empresa de adquisici\u00f3n de prop\u00f3sito especial (SPAC, por sus sigas en ingl\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con un comunicado emitido por la empresa, <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?s=WeWork\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">WeWork<\/a> tendr\u00e1\u00a0un valor inicial en el mercado de 9,000 millones de d\u00f3lares. En ese marco, la operaci\u00f3n otorgar\u00e1 a la firma hasta 1,300 millones de d\u00f3lares en efectivo, recursos que le permitir\u00e1n costear sus planes de crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Se preve que la incursi\u00f3n de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WeWorkEnEspanol\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">W<\/a>eWork<\/strong> en bolsa se logre en el tercer trimestre de 2021. La transacci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 impulsada por una inversi\u00f3n de 1,200 millones de d\u00f3lares, de los cuales, 483 millones de d\u00f3lares vendr\u00e1n del fideicomiso de BowX; adem\u00e1s de una inversi\u00f3n \u00a0privada por 800 millones de d\u00f3lares, acci\u00f3n liderada por inversores l\u00edderes, incluidos Insight Partners, fondos administrados por Starwood Capital Group, Fidelity Management &amp; Research Company LLC, Centaurus Capital y fondos y cuentas administrados por BlackRock.<\/p>\n<p>La empresa tambien anunci\u00f3 que Marcelo Claure y Sandeep Mathrani continuar\u00e1n al frente como presidente ejecutivo y director ejecutivo, respectivamente. Sobre est\u00e1 fusi\u00f3n, Mathrani coment\u00f3:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abWeWork se ha convertido en el l\u00edder mundial en espacios flexibles con una propuesta de valor m\u00e1s s\u00f3lida que nunca.
