Con ello, la torre ha alcanzado su altura m\u00e1xima, 314 metros; coloc\u00e1ndose, as\u00ed, como la decimotercera m\u00e1s alta de la ciudad, justo detr\u00e1s del edificio Chrysler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Spiral<\/strong>, que se completar\u00e1 en 2022, ocupa una manzana entera en el vecindario Hudson Yards, en Manhattan; y cuenta con 65 pisos y un dise\u00f1o escalonado alrededor de su exterior, en donde se ubicar\u00e1 una serie de terrazas ajardinadas en cascada.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <strong>BIG<\/strong>, el dise\u00f1o de la torre permitir\u00e1 que cada uno de los pisos tenga acceso a los espacios exteriores ajardinados. Adem\u00e1s, la estructura retrocede a medida que asciende; a fin de contrastar con el resto de los rascacielos existentes en la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, este edificio tendr\u00e1 en su base un gran <strong>hall<\/strong> y 2,500 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) de <strong>\u00e1rea comercial<\/strong>; as\u00ed como m\u00e1s de 265,000 m\u00b2 de espacios corporativos conectados y sustentables.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Spiral-2-1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-115125 \" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Spiral-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"465\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Spiral-2-1.jpg 1704w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Spiral-2-1-300x214.jpg 300w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Spiral-2-1-1000x715.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Spiral-2-1-768x549.jpg 768w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Spiral-2-1-1536x1098.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a>\n<p>Cinco a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s, cuando se lanz\u00f3 el dise\u00f1o del proyecto, <strong>Bjarke Ingels<\/strong>, <strong>socio de la firma<\/strong>, indic\u00f3 que <strong>The Spiral<\/strong> combina la cl\u00e1sica silueta del zigurat de los rascacielos modernos con las proporciones esbeltas y la organizaci\u00f3n eficiente de los edificios en altura de hoy.<\/p>\n<p>Al colocar la viga de acero final en <strong>The Spiral<\/strong>, los desarrolladores <strong>Tishman Speyer<\/strong> anunciaron que se hab\u00eda alquilado m\u00e1s de la mitad del espacio de oficinas del edificio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pfizer<\/strong>, la compa\u00f1\u00eda biofarmac\u00e9utica fabricante de una de las vacunas contra el Covid-19, ocupar\u00e1 14 pisos de <strong>The Spiral<\/strong> para sus oficinas centrales. De igual manera, la firma de abogados <strong>Debevoise &amp; Plimpton<\/strong> y la firma de gesti\u00f3n de activos <strong>AllianceBernstein<\/strong> tendr\u00e1n oficinas en el edificio.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<strong>The Spiral<\/strong> representa el espacio de trabajo colaborativo ideal, ahora m\u00e1s importante que nunca; combinando un dise\u00f1o sostenible con una experiencia hotelera elevada.
