{"id":114947,"date":"2021-03-08T08:30:14","date_gmt":"2021-03-08T14:30:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=114947"},"modified":"2021-03-05T20:58:53","modified_gmt":"2021-03-06T02:58:53","slug":"demanda-industrial-al-alza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/demanda-industrial-al-alza\/","title":{"rendered":"Demanda de espacio industrial se mantiene al alza en el norte del pa\u00eds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Por el contrario, la zona del Baj\u00edo<\/em> <em>contin\u00faa con bajos niveles de demanda, donde los mercados de Guanajuato y San Luis Potos\u00ed han reportado los niveles m\u00e1s altos<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el reporte inmobiliario de febrero de 2021, de la plataforma <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2021\/03\/04\/precios-renta-oficinas-baja\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Solili<\/strong><\/a>, la actividad de <strong>arrendamiento<\/strong> en el sector <strong>industrial<\/strong> continu\u00f3 activa en la mayor\u00eda de los mercados del norte del pa\u00eds; impulsada, principalmente, por empresas de los giros log\u00edsticos, manufactureros y automotriz.<\/p>\n<p>En la zona <strong>noroeste<\/strong>, <strong>Tijuana<\/strong> lidera la demanda de espacios industriales, con casi 80,000 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2). Adem\u00e1s, gran parte de los desarrollos cuentan con negociaciones avanzadas, por lo que se estima que este indicador repunte en los pr\u00f3ximos meses.<\/p>\n<p>El mercado de la ciudad de <strong>Mexicali<\/strong> acumul\u00f3 una demanda al mes de febrero de 15,000 metros cuadrados. En tanto, <strong>Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez<\/strong> ha sido uno de los mercados con mayor actividad de arrendamiento a nivel nacional; pues, en lo que va de este a\u00f1o, la demanda supera los 130,000 m\u00b2, principalmente por empresas log\u00edsticas y manufactureras.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, los mercados del <strong>noreste<\/strong> mexicano reportaron una actividad estable, y se espera que los n\u00fameros repunte, pues hay negociaciones avanzadas. <strong>Monterrey<\/strong>, principal mercado de la zona, registr\u00f3 una demanda, hasta febrero, de casi 50,000 m\u00b2; mientras que <strong>Saltillo<\/strong> de casi 15,000 y <strong>Reynosa<\/strong> de 6,000 metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n<p>Por el contrario, la zona del <strong>Baj\u00edo<\/strong> contin\u00faa con bajos niveles de demanda; donde los mercados de <strong>Guanajuato<\/strong> y <strong>San Luis Potos\u00ed<\/strong> han reportado los niveles m\u00e1s altos de demanda. Aunque recientemente se anunciaron nuevas inversiones para <strong>Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>, que se prev\u00e9 que surtan efecto en el sector inmobiliario en los pr\u00f3ximos meses del a\u00f1o y la demanda crezca en esta ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la <strong>Zona Metropolitana de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> contin\u00faa en su posici\u00f3n de <em>hub<\/em> log\u00edstico nacional; por lo que empresas de estos giros y minoristas han demandado espacio industrial durante el mes de febrero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por el contrario, la zona del Baj\u00edo
