{"id":114499,"date":"2021-02-11T09:00:34","date_gmt":"2021-02-11T15:00:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=114499"},"modified":"2021-02-12T10:18:13","modified_gmt":"2021-02-12T16:18:13","slug":"desarrollo-inmobiliario-en-tiempos-de-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/opinion\/desarrollo-inmobiliario-en-tiempos-de-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Desarrollo inmobiliario en tiempos de Covid-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Por<\/strong> <b>N\u00e9stor N\u00fa\u00f1ez L\u00f3pez<\/b><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin pretender simplificar el enorme impacto que la pandemia por coronavirus ha tenido en las sociedades del mundo y particularmente en M\u00e9xico, sino en un af\u00e1n de abordar uno de sus elementos, podemos decir que para la atenci\u00f3n de la emergencia sanitaria los gobiernos han tenido que buscar un equilibrio entre la salud y el bienestar econ\u00f3mico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la mayor\u00eda de los pa\u00edses se han suspendido actividades de manera temporal para procurar que la gente se quede en casa y as\u00ed evitar contagios masivos, y con ello el colapso de los sistemas de salud. Con ese objetivo, el 30 de marzo de 2020, el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico determin\u00f3 el cierre de labores en diversas industrias, entre ellas la de la construcci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La decisi\u00f3n del Presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador de priorizar ante todo la salud de los mexicanos, nos ubic\u00f3 en la posibilidad de reiniciar paulatinamente las actividades econ\u00f3micas. Por lo que tras diversos acercamientos con representantes de la industria de la construcci\u00f3n en los que se garantiz\u00f3 el cumplimiento de medidas sanitarias para la protecci\u00f3n de los trabajadores, el Gobierno Federal determin\u00f3 que esta actividad estrat\u00e9gica para el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds fuera considerada como esencial y pudiera reanudar sus trabajos a partir del 1 de junio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En correspondencia, el Gobierno de la Ciudad rehabilit\u00f3 los tr\u00e1mites vinculados con el sector inmobiliario. A su vez, por la relevancia de esta actividad en la Cuauht\u00e9moc, fuimos la primera Alcald\u00eda en publicar un acuerdo por el que se reanud\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y procedimientos relacionados con la construcci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Habilitamos un correo electr\u00f3nico para solicitar citas, instalamos un sistema de goteo con filtros sanitarios para el ingreso a las oficinas, y se brind\u00f3 equipo de protecci\u00f3n al personal; as\u00ed reiniciamos la atenci\u00f3n presencial con el menor riesgo posible para colaboradores y usuarios. Esto nos permiti\u00f3 atender 7,142 tr\u00e1mites y servicios en materia de obras, la mayor cantidad de entre las alcald\u00edas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, previa apertura de la Ventanilla \u00danica y para asegurar mayor agilidad en el ingreso de sus tr\u00e1mites, generamos reuniones mediante plataformas digitales con las constructoras y organizaciones como la ADI; los asesoramos sobre el cumplimiento de protocolos sanitarios, y acudimos como intermediarios ante quejas vecinales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Dra. Claudia Sheinbaum ha ubicado al sector de la construcci\u00f3n como uno de los principales para la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica. Como ejemplos de la importancia que en la estrategia del Gobierno de la Ciudad tiene la Cuauht\u00e9moc, de los 12 corredores del <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programa de Regeneraci\u00f3n Urbana<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, 7 est\u00e1n en esta Alcald\u00eda. De igual forma, aqu\u00ed se ubican 14 de los 17 proyectos inmobiliarios contemplados en el acuerdo para el otorgamiento de facilidades administrativas que, como parte de la reactivaci\u00f3n, emiti\u00f3 la Jefa de Gobierno.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la Cuauht\u00e9moc entendemos el actual contexto econ\u00f3mico y asumimos la necesidad de atender con agilidad, certeza, honestidad y cumpliendo las medidas sanitarias, los tr\u00e1mites que nos corresponden como Alcald\u00eda. En armon\u00eda con el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, el de la Ciudad y la participaci\u00f3n responsable de los constructores, lo estamos logrando.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
