{"id":114331,"date":"2021-02-05T08:45:22","date_gmt":"2021-02-05T14:45:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=114331"},"modified":"2021-02-04T19:17:00","modified_gmt":"2021-02-05T01:17:00","slug":"tecnologia-oficinas-guadalajara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/tecnologia-oficinas-guadalajara\/","title":{"rendered":"Empresas de tecnolog\u00eda mantienen inter\u00e9s por oficinas de Guadalajara"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El<\/em> <em>inter\u00e9s por parte de empresas de tecnolog\u00eda para establecer sus operaciones en Guadalajara fortalece la consolidaci\u00f3n de esta ciudad como el Silicon Valley mexicano<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la plataforma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.datoz.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Datoz<\/strong><\/a>, en 2020 la <strong>demanda de oficinas<\/strong> en la ciudad de <strong>Guadalajara<\/strong>, Jalisco, estuvo liderada por <strong>empresas de tecnolog\u00eda y electr\u00f3nica<\/strong>. Esto por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo, ya que en 2019 este tipo de empresas absorbieron cerca de 30,000 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2).<\/p>\n<p>Si bien la absorci\u00f3n bruta de este mercado fue sustancialmente inferior a\u00f1o contra a\u00f1o, <strong>Guadalajara<\/strong> se mantuvo como el tercer mercado de oficinas m\u00e1s din\u00e1mico del pa\u00eds; por lo que las <strong>empresas del ramo tecnol\u00f3gico<\/strong> continuaron interesadas en ubicar sus operaciones ah\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>demanda de oficinas<\/strong> en esta ciudad estuvo encabezada, principalmente, por tres firmas internacionales. <strong>Wizeline<\/strong>, desarrolladora de software con sede en San Francisco, California, arrend\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 4,000 m\u00b2 en el edifico Esfera de Distrito la Perla; mientras que la multinacional india de tecnolog\u00eda de la informaci\u00f3n (IT), <strong>HCL<\/strong> rent\u00f3 1,200 m\u00b2 en el Campus Corporativo Andares.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, <strong>Arrow<\/strong>, empresa estadounidense de componentes electr\u00f3nicos, arrend\u00f3 2,700 m\u00b2 en el HPE Business Park.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl contin\u00fao inter\u00e9s por parte de empresas de tecnolog\u00eda y electr\u00f3nica para establecer sus operaciones administrativas en Guadalajara fortalecen la consolidaci\u00f3n de esta ciudad como el <strong>Silicon Valley mexicano<\/strong>\u201d, afirm\u00f3 <strong>Datoz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, durante 2020, la capital de Jalisco registr\u00f3 una <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2021\/01\/26\/mercado-oficinas-gdl-absorcion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>absorci\u00f3n bruta<\/strong><\/a> total de 16,500 m\u00b2 de \u00e1rea neta rentable; de los cuales, las tres empresas de tecnolog\u00eda participaron con el 31.2 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la ciudad cerr\u00f3 el 2020 con un <strong>inventario<\/strong> existente de 874,200 m\u00b2 y 110,900 m\u00b2 en <strong>construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Y la <strong>tasa de disponibilidad<\/strong> se ubic\u00f3 en 20.4%, con 138,400 m\u00b2 disponibles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El inter\u00e9s por parte de empresas de
