Sin embargo, con la aparici\u00f3n de la vacuna, hay esperanzas para que el <strong>2021<\/strong> traiga mejores resultados.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, expertos en el sector de la vivienda plantearon diversos escenarios:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se dar\u00e1 un incremento en la <strong>compra de vivienda de segunda mano<\/strong>; aun con las tasas bajas de inter\u00e9s y el reenfoque de pol\u00edticas en los institutos de vivienda.<\/li>\n<li>Continuar\u00e1n las operaciones de <strong>renta en aumento<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Habr\u00e1 una <strong>reconfiguraci\u00f3n de los espacios<\/strong> existentes en nuevos usos.<\/li>\n<li>Se dar\u00e1 una expansi\u00f3n de <strong>nuevos mercados<\/strong> <strong>geogr\u00e1ficos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para <strong>Giovanni Specia<\/strong>, <strong>de Alfa Inmobiliaria<\/strong>, las previsiones son m\u00e1s cautas. \u201cEs dif\u00edcil interpretar el futuro en una \u00e9poca tan incierta como la que vivimos. El mercado regresar\u00e1, pero no igual. No podremos hablar en t\u00e9rminos de una reactivaci\u00f3n de todo el pa\u00eds; ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s bien regional\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>Kevin Frank Carpenter<\/strong>, <strong>de Carpenter Group<\/strong>\/<strong>Premium Real Estate<\/strong>, indic\u00f3 que el primer semestre del 2021 (1S2021) ser\u00e1 de recuperaci\u00f3n para el sector de la vivienda; mientras que el 2S2021 ser\u00e1 de estabilizaci\u00f3n para iniciar el 2022 con un crecimiento sostenido.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cObservamos que hay un \u00e1nimo positivo en cuanto a la recuperaci\u00f3n del sector a partir del segundo semestre de este a\u00f1o. A\u00fan no se pueden dar por ganada la batalla, pero lo que observamos es una gran disposici\u00f3n para redise\u00f1ar modelos de negocio y adoptar herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas como apoyo de parte de los jugadores de la industria\u201d, coment\u00f3 <strong>Alejandro Garc\u00eda del R\u00edo<\/strong>, <strong>director de Marketing de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmuebles24.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Inmuebles24<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Digitalizaci\u00f3n del sector y nuevos modelos de ventas<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Por otro lado, <strong>Carlos Arias<\/strong>, <strong>de <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/08\/04\/homie-inmuebles24-agilizar-renta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Homie<\/a>.mx<\/strong>, consider\u00f3 que la industria migrar\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido a la tecnolog\u00eda. \u201cVeremos usuarios m\u00e1s digitalizados, exigentes en las plataformas y mayormente informados. El mercado en general comenzar\u00e1 a estabilizarse y se ver\u00e1 reflejado en el segundo semestre del 2021\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, <strong>Nayeli Ventura, de Nave Inmobiliaria<\/strong>, consider\u00f3 que tendr\u00e1n \u201cmucho trabajo y nuevos proyectos con constructores serios y cumplidos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCreemos que mientras la pandemia no est\u00e9 controlada al 100% seguir\u00e1 predominando la incertidumbre entre los compradores, por lo que es importante adaptarnos y adaptar formas de pago y modelo de las ventas, principalmente para desarrollos nuevos.
