Lo cual representa uno de los niveles m\u00e1s bajos de los que se tiene registro.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la consultora <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/es-mx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Cushman &amp; Wakefield<\/strong><\/a>, pese a la recuperaci\u00f3n del comercio internacional al cierre del a\u00f1o, numerosas cadenas de valor mantuvieron una actividad precavida; por lo que la inversi\u00f3n se mantiene estancada y la actividad que <strong>demanda edificios industriales <\/strong>no registr\u00f3 grandes cambios.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la firma se\u00f1ala que el sector industrial de la capital del pa\u00eds tuvo un volumen de actividad moderado en <strong>arrendamiento<\/strong>, con 1.5 millones de metros cuadrados (m\u00b2); conducido principalmente por la demanda log\u00edstica, apoyada a su vez por grandes empresas comerciales y el continuo ascenso del e-commerce.<\/p>\n<p>Los submercados de <strong>Cuautitl\u00e1n<\/strong> y <strong>Tepotzotl\u00e1n<\/strong> mantuvieron su posici\u00f3n como el \u00e1rea m\u00e1s din\u00e1mica para el mercado industrial en el \u00e1rea metropolitana; aunque <strong>Cuautitl\u00e1n<\/strong> posee el mayor inventario y actividad.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, en t\u00e9rminos de <strong>inventario en construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>, Cushman &amp; Wakefield destac\u00f3 que se muestra una reducci\u00f3n anual. Lo anterior refleja una creciente preocupaci\u00f3n entre los desarrolladores sobre los retos que la econom\u00eda local enfrenta debido a la pandemia por Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la firma report\u00f3 que las <strong>rentas de salida<\/strong> en edificios clase A promediaron 5.38 d\u00f3lares por m\u00b2; un peque\u00f1o ajuste anual de 4% a la baja. Mientras que los precios de salida en los edificios de clase B tambi\u00e9n presentaron una peque\u00f1a reducci\u00f3n anual, con 4.20 d\u00f3lares por metro cuadrado.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Industrial-CDMX.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter
