{"id":113712,"date":"2020-12-29T08:30:30","date_gmt":"2020-12-29T14:30:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=113712"},"modified":"2020-12-28T21:46:23","modified_gmt":"2020-12-29T03:46:23","slug":"sectur-escenarios-sector-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/sectur-escenarios-sector-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Presenta Sectur tres posibles escenarios para el sector en 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>En el mejor de los casos, la Sectur pronostica un promedio anual de 57.7% en la ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera; lo que representa 3.6 puntos porcentuales menos que lo registrado en 2019<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Miguel Torruco Marqu\u00e9s<\/strong>, <strong>titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo<\/strong> <strong>del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> (<strong>Sectur<\/strong>), present\u00f3 tres posibles escenarios para el <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/12\/14\/recuperacion-sector-turistico-sectur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">turismo<\/a> nacional en 2021: <strong>Optimista<\/strong>, <strong>Conservador<\/strong> y <strong>Pesimista<\/strong>. Esto a partir del monitoreo de 70 destinos del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Dichos escenarios se dar\u00e1n de acuerdo a la evoluci\u00f3n de la crisis provocada por la pandemia del <strong>Covid-19<\/strong> el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o; sin embargo, aun en el peor de los casos, el titular de la <strong>Sectur<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que la tendencia ser\u00e1 positiva con respecto a lo registrado en el 2020.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>En el escenario <strong>Optimista<\/strong>, la Sectur pronostica un promedio anual de 57.7%; lo que representa 3.6 puntos porcentuales menos que lo registrado en 2019. Mientras que en el <strong>Conservador<\/strong> ser\u00eda de 53.1%, 8.2 puntos porcentuales por debajo de 2019; y en el <strong>Pesimista<\/strong>, alcanzar\u00eda el 49.9%, una baja de 11.4 puntos porcentuales con respecto a 2019.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Consumo por hospedaje<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La Sectur estima casi 294,000 millones de pesos en el escenario <strong>Optimista<\/strong>, 17,000 millones de pesos por debajo de 2019; en el <strong>Conservador<\/strong>, poco m\u00e1s de 270,000 millones de pesos, 41,000 millones de pesos menos que en 2019; y en el <strong>Pesimista<\/strong> estar\u00eda ligeramente arriba de los 254,000 millones de pesos, que significa 57,000 millones de pesos menos que en 2019.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Llegada de turistas internacionales<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Para el mejor de los casos, la Sectur proyecta 42.7 millones, lo que representa un incremento de 16.8 millones sobre lo registrado en 2020, equivalentes a un alza del 65%. Para el <strong>Conservador<\/strong> marca 34.5 millones, 8.6 millones m\u00e1s que en 2020, lo que representa un aumento de 33.3%; en tanto que para el <strong>Pesimista<\/strong> estima el arribo de 26.3 millones de turistas, s\u00f3lo 425,000 m\u00e1s que en 2020, con una elevaci\u00f3n de 1.6 por ciento.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Gasto de turistas internacionales<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Finalmente, la dependencia indic\u00f3 que el escenario <strong>Optimista<\/strong> prev\u00e9 que llegue a los 17,379 millones de d\u00f3lares, 5,557 millones de d\u00f3lares m\u00e1s que en 2020, equivalentes a un alza del 47%. El <strong>Conservador<\/strong>, 15,579 millones de d\u00f3lares, superior en 3,757 millones de d\u00f3lares que en 2020, lo que representar\u00eda un incremento de 31.8%; mientras que el <strong>Pesimista<\/strong> plantea un ingreso de 13,078 millones de d\u00f3lares, 1,257 millones de d\u00f3lares m\u00e1s que en 2020, es decir, un aumento de 10.6 por ciento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el mejor de los casos, la Sectur pronostica un promedio anual de 57.7% en la ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera;
